摘要: Devices, mediums, systems and methods for promoting female sexual arousal are provided and described. In one embodiment, the device includes a pump for evacuating a suction chamber when attaching the suction chamber to the female's tissue and a controller configured to self-regulate to turn on and off the pump to maintain a certain level of pressure. The controller is additionally or alternatively configured to activate the pump and to activate a feedback indicator distinct from the pump upon the sensor detecting a pressure value above ambient pressure whereby the feedback indicator advises the female as to the status of evacuation. The device can further additionally or alternatively include at least one sensor for measuring the temperature of the at least one stimulator in the vicinity of the stimulation and a controller electrically coupled to the at least one stimulator and the at least one sensor for controlling the at least one stimulator during a maximum power session.

摘要: The appliance according to the invention serves for cardiopulmonary massage and/or resuscitation of a patient and is provided with a massage device (17) which can be driven reversibly by a drive device (18) in an actuation direction (23) and which has a pressure area (20) that can be positioned on the chest (12) of a patient (11) at a target contact area (21). In order to ensure that deviations of the pressure area of the massage device from a target pressure point can be determined promptly and reliably, the invention proposes a position sensor device (22), for determining changes in the position of the massage device (17) and/or of the pressure area (20) thereof relative to the target contact area (21) on the chest (12) of the patient in a plane normal to the actuation direction (23) of the massage device (17).

摘要: The driving system comprises: a first support structure; a second support structure supported by the first support structure for rotation about a stationary axis of rotation; a first actuation unit having a first motor device and a first output member; and a second actuation unit having a second motor device and a second output member. The first output member is drivingly connected with the second support structure for rotation about the first axis of rotation. The first motor device controls the rotation of the first output member, along with the second support structure, about the first axis of rotation. The second output member is supported by the second support structure for rotation about a second axis of rotation. The second motor device controls the rotation of the second output member about the second axis of rotation.

摘要: A foot spa tub includes a tub basin, a first magnetic drive member rotatably coupled to a drive motor, and a first casing supporting the magnetic drive member. The first casing is disposed against an exterior surface of a sidewall of the basin. A second magnetic drive member is rotatably coupled to a blade. The first and second magnetic drive members are magnetically coupled to each other so that the blade is drivingly coupled to the drive motor. A nozzle houses the second magnetic drive member and the blade. The nozzle is detachably securable to an interior surface of the sidewall by a magnetic attraction force between the first and second magnetic drive members. A method of circulating liquid in a foot tub spa is also provided.

摘要: Medical pressure therapy can be used on a patient having undergone treatment to reopen an arterial obstruction, such as a stenosis or occlusion. The medical pressure therapy can establish and maintain persistently good distal runoff. The can help ensure the patency of the region having undergone the treatment procedure. In some examples, the technique involves enclosing at least a portion of a limb of a patient on which an obstruction treatment procedure has been performed in an enclosure such that the portion of the limb is sealed from external conditions. The technique further involves alternately applying a negative pressure within the enclosure and releasing the negative pressure from within the enclosure, thereby increasing a volume and velocity of blood flowing past a region of the blood vessel previously-obstructed and thereby increasing distal runoff.
