摘要： A disposable undergarment is disclosed. The undergarment includes a chassis and an absorbent core assembly. The chassis includes a front section, a crotch section and a rear section. The absorbent core is located in the crotch section, with portions of it extending into the front and rear sections. A large plurality of closely spaced elastic threads extends across the full width of the undergarment in the front and rear sections. A large plurality of closely spaced elastic threads extends across the full width of the undergarment in portions of the crotch section adjacent the front and rear sections. The elastic threads are broken in the areas of the core assembly. The core assembly includes a first section of a slow acting but high absorbency SAP in pockets thereof and an underlying second section of a fast acting by lower absorbency SAP in pockets thereof.

摘要： A bag device for storing a body includes upper and lower impervious flexible panel members each having opposed side edges and opposed ends. Respectively side edges of the members are formed integrally therealong, and the members are movable to form a cavity for storing the body. The end is closed and the end is normally open so that can be inserted into the cavity. The members are laminates of thermoplastic sheets and the open end can be sealed by application of heat to the thermoplastic sheets at the open end. Pressure release valves are fixed to the member so that excess pressure in the cavity due to body decomposition is released to the atmosphere.

The grooves widen near the upper portion of the side panels and are partially covered by a top panel. The tray assembly that may be used as part of a cremation casket. The tray has short side walls and an inner assembly that prevents contact with a deceased when handholds in the tray assembly are used to move the tray assembly. The tray assembly includes side walls that are movably attached to end walls. Lids are provided with the tray so that the tray may also be used as an identification tray.

摘要： An environmentally-protective body container comprises a burnable double-walled utility case which can be used either as a shipping container and/or as a casket for burial or for cremation. The case is blow-molded from an organic thermoplastic which does not create explosive gases during burning and which leaves little ash or residue. At least the outer walls of the case are impervious to liquids, thereby preventing body and embalming fluids from contaminating the adjacent ground water supply in the case of burial. Air injection holes created in the inner walls during the conventional blow-molding process make the inner walls air pervious and thereby provide expansion space for body gases between the inner and outer walls. Use of a double-walled case also enables hand recesses to be formed into the lower section of the case and thereby eliminate the need for costly metallic pallbearing hardware. Forklift truck recesses are conveniently molded into the bottom of the case to enable lifting and handling of the case while at least its top, sides and ends are surrounded by a corrugated air tray.

摘要： A hazardous material containment bag and bag system for handling and transporting contaminated material or human remains is provided. The bag has a multi-layered structure that minimizes contamination by a chemical, biological, radiological and/or toxicological agent. The bag has an absorbent and/or adsorbent layer, which will help keep any hazardous components dissolved in bodily fluids immobilized inside the bag. The bag also has an active agent in at least one layer individually selected to neutralize or trap more than one type of contaminant. A bag system is also provided having an inner bag and a separate outer bag with the inner bag being a multi-layered structure having an absorbent material, which will help immobilize hazardous liquid, bodily fluids, and/or gases emanating from a contaminant enclosed in the inner bag. A method for using the hazardous material containment bag and bag system is also provided.

An upper outer layer (101) and a lower outer layer (102), each of which can be non-woven materials, form the outer surfaces of the body bag (900). One or more edges (303,403,503,603) can be folded into a periphery (332) of the body bag (900). Stitching (802) can then be applied along the periphery (332) such that the stitching (802) passes through the upper outer layer (101), the lower outer layer (102), an upper edge (994) of the fold in the absorbent layer (103), and a complementary bottom edge (995) of the fold in the absorbent layer (103). Handles (1001,1002,1003,1004) can be included as well.
