摘要: A casket assembly includes a bottom panel, side panels, flaps and end panels. The bottom panel is formed of a pliable material. The side panels and end panels are coupled to the bottom panel. Each side panel includes a lower section and an upper section foldably attached thereto. The lower section extends vertically upward from the bottom panel. In a first configuration, the upper section extends upward from the lower section. In a second configuration, the upper section extends downward from a top of the lower section. In a third configuration, the upper section extends in a non-vertical direction from the top of the lower section. The flaps extend laterally from each end of the upper section. The flaps in the first configuration extend upward from a first vertical level defined by the top portion of the lower section, and in the second configuration extend downward from the first vertical level.

摘要: The present invention reveals a method for obtaining a solid product comprising the cremated ashes of a human being or animal, inside a vessel, comprising the following steps: separating the ashes produced as a result of cremating a body, determining the ashes produced by the body itself and the ashes produced from other elements present during cremation; grinding the ashes produced from the separated human ashes; introducing the ashes and a wax composition into a vessel and closing the vessel with a lid; (iv) heating the vessel, subjecting it to centrifugation and cooling the vessel. It likewise discloses a solid product comprising cremated human or animal ashes inside a vessel, obtained as a result of the method and a case containing said solid product.

摘要: A collapsible material is provided which maintains a predetermined strength and shape until it is heated and increased in temperature to a desired temperature and then can collapse, after a lapse of a predetermined time. The collapsible material of the present invention is characterized by comprising a base formed of a hydrate of a hydraulic material and unexpanded vermiculite particles dispersed in the base. In the collapsible material of the present invention, it is preferable that the hydraulic material is formed of at least one of cement and gypsum and the unexpanded vermiculite particles are contained in an amount of 0.5 to 15 wt %. Also, in the collapsible material of the present invention, it is preferable that ash balloon particles are contained in an amount of 0.5 to 20 wt %. Further, in the collapsible material of the present invention, it is preferable that a coating film formed of a hydrate of the hydraulic material and silica powder is formed on the surface of the base.

摘要: An animal waste collecting device comprises a vacuum chamber in communication with an impeller arranged to draw air from the vacuum chamber through the exhaust port to produce a vacuum pressure in the vacuum chamber and a pickup up nozzle in communication with the vacuum chamber to collect waste with air drawn therethrough into the vacuum chamber by the vacuum pressure. A heater is supported in communication with the vacuum chamber to heat waste collected in the vacuum chamber for drying and/or incinerating the waste. A blower permits the dried or incinerated waste to be redirected from the vacuum chamber to a separate discharge chamber for subsequent disposal.

摘要: An animal carcass incinerator designed to subject the entire external surface of the biomass material simultaneously to flame. The flame front burns inward toward the core of the material, greatly accelerating the burning process. Complete flame coverage of the biomass material is achieved by carefully shaping the internal surfaces of the incinerator. Burning gases are injected into a lower flame chamber. This lower flame chamber is bounded on its upper side by a grate, and on its remaining sides by the walls of the incinerator. Above the grate is a biomass chamber, where the animal carcasses or similar waste are deposited for incineration. The incinerator walls are lined with refractory insulating materials which incorporate a series of vertical flame channels. Likewise, the grate incorporates a series of vertical open channels. These channels are separated by raised ribs, which prevent the biomass materials from closing off the channels. The result is that even when the incinerator is jammed full of biomass materials, the burner flames still spread evenly around the entire external surface of the materials. A supplemental blower injects air to create a swirling pattern of flame within the biomass chamber.

摘要: A process for the treatment of organic matter, comprises the steps of preliminary microwave irradiation in an oxygen-depleted atmosphere to give a black ash-like residue, followed by combustion of the residue to give a white ash. Hence the emissions of carcinogens such as dioxins are substantially reduced as are heavy metals such as Mercury and Cadimum. The apparatus (11) comprises a single chamber (12) in which both steps of the process are performed. The apparatus (11) also comprises means for generating nitrogen- or oxygen-depleted air as well as scrubbers (2), filters, condensers and the like for treating the gaseous products (carbon dioxide and steam) of the process. The apparatus (11) may be of a portable and modular nature—and may optionally include a cremulator.
