摘要： A paperboard blank for forming a carton for carrying a flexible plastic bag for holding a liquid product is provided. The carton has an aperture near the bottom of a side wall through which a dispensing mechanism of the bag can be extended. The carton has interlocking flaps for forming the bottom of the carton and fold lines for forming the various panels. The carton may have apertures in the top for the insertion of a handle. The rear wall of the carton has a locking flap for gluing or locking to the edge of left side wall to form the box structure. One of the walls has locking tabs at the top for insertion in locking slots on the edge of a top panel for holding the three top panels in place.

The package configuration may include one or more pluralities of absorbent articles, each plurality packaged in a flexible package. The one or more flexible packages may be wrapped and further contained by a wrap-around. The wrap-around may have first and second pairs of opposing side panels. Adjacent side panels from the first and second pair may be joined by corner panels. The corner panels may form interior angles with the side panels of from 100° to 170°. The presence of the angled corner panels may render the wrap-around better able to conform to the shape of the one or more flexible packages, and more resistant to deformation.

摘要： A snap lock, top opening package for powdered or granular products. The package includes a liner disposed within the interior compartment of the container. The liner has a front panel and two opposing side panels connected to the front panel, wherein the front and side panels are contiguous with the front and side walls of the container. The liner has a top edge which extends above the portions of the front and side walls below the tear-strip. The front panel has a locking flap extending across its top edge along a fold line. The locking flap extends outwardly from the package when the lid is opened and cooperates with a securing tab on the lid when the lid is closed. The securing tab extends along the interior of the front portion of the lid, wherein the locking flap and securing tab form a snap lock for the lid of the package. The liner further includes two back panel flaps extending partially, but fully, across the back wall of the container, so that when the container is filled with product, bulging of the front panel is substantially reduced due to the reduced liner along the back wall.
