    摘要： A portable apparatus suitable for storing liquids, such as water for consumption. The portable water storage apparatus includes a base, a lid, a plurality of panels, and flexible bladder. The plurality of panels has a folded configuration that forms a stack of overlapping panels in a compact storage configuration of the apparatus, and an unfolded configuration in which the panels extend from the base to the lid forming a chamber in a fill configuration of the apparatus. The chamber is configured to contain the flexible bladder. The base and the lid each may include a hole through which fluid filling and fluid dispensing attachments may be coupled to orifices in the flexible bladder. In a transport configuration of the apparatus, a planar base surface of the base may be oriented vertically, and wheels and telescoping handle of the base are disposed for rolling movement of the apparatus under human force.

    摘要： Disclosed are apparatus for dispensing a liquid from within a flexible package and a method of dispensing a liquid from within a flexible package. The apparatus comprises a fitment and a piercing member. The fitment is secured to a wall of the flexible package and has a passageway extending through it and a screw-thread section. The piercing member has a passageway extending through it, a piercing tip, and a screw-thread section. The piercing member is configured for insertion in the passageway of the fitment, with the screw-thread sections engaging each other to cause the piercing tip to penetrate the package, whereupon the liquid within the package can flow into and through the piercing member.

The stand-up pouch is inserted through the open bottom and a corner spout of the pouch is inserted through an opening in a slanted corner panel of the hollow shell. The articulatable portion is hingedly coupled to each of the dispensing wall, the first sidewall and the second sidewall. The articulatable portion also includes a front portion, a first side webbing and a second side webbing. Inward rotation of the front portion causes the first and second panels of each of the first and second side webbing to rotate about a respective one of the central folds thereof. An outer surface of each of the first and second panels face each other, with the articulated portion overlying a portion of the first panel of each of the first side webbing and second side webbing.

The tap permits the application of metered doses from the flexible bag. As the flexible bag is emptied, the flexible bag collapses, as the dosing dispenser generally prohibits the passage of air back into the flexible bag when the flowable material is emptied therefrom.

The carton has an aperture near the bottom of a side wall through which a dispensing mechanism of the bag can be extended. The carton has interlocking flaps for forming the bottom of the carton and fold lines for forming the various panels. The carton may have apertures in the top for the insertion of a handle. The rear wall of the carton has a locking flap for gluing or locking to the edge of left side wall to form the box structure. One of the walls has locking tabs at the top for insertion in locking slots on the edge of a top panel for holding the three top panels in place.
