    摘要: In a combustion chamber, a gaseous or liquid fuel is injected as a secondary flow into a gaseous, channelized main flow. The main flow is directed to pass over a plurality of vortex generators (9) arranged side by side over the width or circumference of the channel (20) through which the flow passes. The height (h) of the vortex generators is at least 50% of the height (H) of the channel through which the flow passes or of that part of the channel associated with the vortex generators. The secondary flow is introduced into the channel (20) in the immediate vicinity of the vortex generators (9). Longitudinal vortices without any recirculation region are produced in the channel through which the flow passes by means of the new static mixer. Extraordinarily short mixing distances, with a low pressure loss at the same time, are thus achieved in a combustion chamber according to the invention.

The side surfaces are joined at an acute angle. The top surface is oriented at an angle to the plate. The angles may be adjusted for the type of materials to be mixed.

    摘要: In a fuel supply system with premixing combustion, a gaseous and/or liquid fuel is introduced as a secondary flow into a gaseous, ducted main flow. The secondary flow has a substantially smaller mass flow than the main flow. The main flow is guided via vortex generators (9) of which a plurality are arranged adjacent to one another over the periphery of the duct (20), through which flow takes place, on at least one duct wall. The secondary flow is fed into the duct (20) in the immediate region of the vortex generators (9). A vortex generator (9) has three surfaces around which flow takes place freely, which surfaces extend in the flow direction, one of them forming the top surface (10) and the two others forming the side surfaces (11, 13). The fuel is fed into the duct from nozzles which are located before, behind or in the vortex generator.

    摘要: In a mixing and flame stabilization appliance in a combustion chamber with premixed combustion, a gaseous and/or liquid fuel is introduced into the combustion air. The combustion air is guided via a plurality of vortex generators (9) arranged adjacent to one another over the width or the periphery of the combustion chamber duct (20) through which flow takes place. Fuel is introduced into the duct (20) in the immediate region of the vortex generators (9). A vortex generator (9) has three surfaces around which flow can take place freely, which surfaces extend in the flow direction, one forming the top surface (10) and the two others forming the side surfaces. The side surfaces enclose between them a V-angle (a) varying in the flow direction and the top surface (10) is disposed at an angle of incidence to the duct wall (21 ) which varies in the flow direction. Thorough mixing of the combustion air and the fuel can be achieved within the shortest distance by means of such vortex generators and the flame can be aerodynamically stabilized at the same time.

    摘要: A moving granular bed includes a filter granule channel, an inlet unit of gas, an outlet unit of gas, a first detecting unit and a feedback control unit. The inlet unit of gas is disposed at one side of the filter granule channel, and the dirty gas is fed into the filter granule channel through the inlet unit of gas. The inlet unit of gas has a first flow-guiding plate. The outlet unit of gas is disposed at the other side of the filter granule channel. The first detecting unit detects the gas velocity at the inlet unit of gas site. The feedback control unit is electrically connected with the first detecting unit, and controls the angle of the first flow-guiding plate and flow rate of filter granules according to a detecting result of the first detecting unit. A gas guiding system used in the moving granular bed is also disclosed. The moving granular bed and gas guiding system can make the dirty gas have different velocity or distribution while passing through the filter granule channel so as to improve the usage of the filter granules.

    摘要: A dry material is synthesized by alkali metal (Li, Na and K) promoted calcium aluminate carbonates to obtain a CO2 sorbent used at a temperature higher than 600 Celsius degrees (° C.). The key composition of the sorbents is 52˜69% of CaO, which is beneficial to capture CO2 at 400˜800° C. A breakthrough result is achieved by using this sintering-resistant sorbent, which includes the features of 50% initial carbonation capacity and 20 folds CO2 capturing performance maintained after 40˜60 hours. Besides, alkali bearing material provides good velocity in CO2 capturing/releasing cycles; for example, by using Li and K series sorbents, 40 hours is required for 40 cycles only.
