Abstract: A touch display panel and a display device are disclosed. The touch display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a first solder pad, a second solder pad and a touch sensing layer. The first substrate is defined with a display region and a non-display region. In the present invention, the first solder pad is disposed at a substrate having the touch sensing layer. That is, the first substrate is provided with a non-display region having the second solder pad. A wider black masking region for the first solder pad and corresponding trace region is not required so that an edge frame of the display device can be reduced, which is beneficial for a narrow-frame design of the display device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a TFT array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The TFT array substrate is structured such that a source electrode (240) and a drain electrode (250) of a TFT (200) are formed on a gate insulation layer (220) and a data line (400) is formed on a first passivation protection layer (300) that is set on and covers the source electrode (240) and the drain electrode (250) of the TFT (200) so that the data line (400) and the source electrode (240) and the drain electrode (250) of the TFT (200) are located on different layers and flexible adjustment of a spacing distance between the data line (400) and the gate electrode (210) can be achieved by varying a thickness of the first passivation protection layer (300). Compared to the prior art, the spacing distance between the data line (400) and the gate electrode (210) is expanded, parasitic capacitance between the data line (400) and the gate electrode (210) is reduced, power consumption of the data line (400) is reduced, while a thickness of the gate insulation layer (220) is not affected and positions of the source electrode (240) and the drain electrode (250) of the TFT (200) are not changed so as to maintain characteristics of the TFT stable.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pixel electrode, an array substrate, and a liquid crystal display panel. The pixel electrode may include a plurality of sub-pixel electrodes and an intermediate portion; the plurality of sub-pixel electrodes being coupled to each other by the intermediate portion, wherein each of the sub-pixel electrodes is more linearly narrowed from the intermediate portion away both sides. An active region of the liquid crystal molecules may become smaller. The liquid crystal molecules may reach a maximum twist angle quickly, thereby a response speed of a liquid crystal display may be improved.

Abstract: A driving circuit and a display device are disclosed. The driving circuit includes a driving chip, a first controllable switch and a resistor. A first lead pin of the driving chip is connected with a second terminal of the first controllable switch, a control terminal of the first controllable switch receives a switching signal, and a first terminal of the first controllable switch is connected with a display region through the resistor. When the driving circuit is under a voltage-dividing operation mode by the resistor, the switching signal is at a low voltage level, the first controllable switch is conductive, and the resistor performs a voltage-dividing, and the display region displays a first type of colors in order to increase the number of the displayed colors so that the delicate degree, aesthetics and layering of a displayed image can be improved.
