Such an aspect can be a pore-forming protein which has at least one lysine residue, modified by a peptide linkage to an amino acid residue, via the epsilon amino group, and an acetyl group. At least three of the mechanisms are integrated at the chip level in at least one chip in each case. A corresponding method is implemented to produce the microelectromechanical sensor module.

Abstract: An apparatus for destroying storage media devices includes a receptacle member having an open top end, a closed bottom end and a peripheral side wall or a pair of side walls defining a hollow interior of the receptacle member. A member is mounted for a rotation adjacent the receptacle member and has an abrasive working surface. An electric motor causes the rotation of the member and a chute is positioned to deliver the one or more storage media devices into the hollow interior of the receptacle member. A cylinder and a pump urge the storage media devices into a contact with the abrasive working surface. The rotation of the abrasive member transforms at least a portion of the storage media devices contacting the abrasive member into particles, whereby the storage media devices are destructed sufficiently to prevent data mining from remnant(s) thereof or from the particles.

Abstract: A compressor wash system for compressor washing includes stages of fluid delivery lines coupled at one end to a pump output and at the other end to a corresponding nozzle set. A control valve is connected to the fluid delivery line between the pump and the nozzle set, selectively supplying fluid between the pump and the nozzle set. Each nozzle of a nozzle set is positioned on an inlet of the compressor to allow the stages to wash a portion of the compressor. Nozzle sets are positioned around a bellmouth assembly and/or around an inlet cone of the compressor inlet, with a nozzle spray tip of each nozzle extending into an inlet air flow path of the compressor. Fluid may be directed to one or more of the stages in a sequencing pattern determined and configured to wash the compressor. Templates and installation guides are utilized to position the nozzles.

Abstract: An antenna shape can be inked onto a thin film and then the thin film can be shaped to form a three dimensional (3D) flex-film. The 3D flex-film can then be integrated into a carrier using conventional molding processes. The resultant housing includes a carrier that supports the 3D flex-film on an inner or outer surface of the carrier. The resultant housing thus allows for improved integration of an antenna with a housing so as to provide a more desirable housing for devices that can benefit from the corresponding antenna, such as, but not limited to, mobile devices.
