Abstract: A method for facilitating reviews of caller interactions with an intelligent voice interface may include receiving raw voice data representing dialog between one or more callers and the intelligent voice interface during one or more respective voice calls, determining, by processing text translation of the raw voice data using one or more natural language processing models, one or more intents of the one or more callers during the one or more voice calls, generating one or more event labels indicative of one or more events associated with the one or more voice calls, and causing a user interface to be presented on a display device. The user interface may enable a user to (i) listen to the raw voice data, (ii) view the one or more intents, and/or (iii) view the one or more event labels.

Abstract: In a method for handling out-of-sequence caller dialog, an intelligent voice interface is configured to lead callers through pathways of an algorithmic dialog that includes available voice prompts for requesting different types of caller information. The method may include, during a voice communication with a caller via a caller device, receiving from the caller device caller input data indicative of a voice input of the caller, without having first provided to the caller device any voice prompt that requests a first type of caller information, and determining, by processing the caller input data, that the voice input includes caller information of the first type. The method also includes after determining that the voice input includes the caller information of the first type, bypassing one or more voice prompts, of the available voice prompts, that request the first type of caller information.

Abstract: A computer system for providing group insurance plans may be provided. The computer system may include a processor in communication with a memory device, and the processor may be configured to: (i) receive registration data associated with a group of users including a list of users included in the group and user data from each user; (ii) generate a plurality of predesignated insurance personal mobility policy plans or usage-based insurance plans for the group including a predesignated coverage amount and a corresponding premium amount over a predesignated time period; (iii) prompt a user of the group to select a predesignated policy; (iv) store the selected predesignated policy along with the group registration data; (v) receive mobility data after each trip of each user of the group; (vi) adjust the selected coverage amount based upon the mobility data; and/or (vii) determine a current coverage amount based upon the adjusted coverage amount.

Abstract: The present embodiments relate to systems and methods for using a blockchain to record information related to processes and services in the vehicle industry. The systems and methods may include (1) receiving an indication of vehicle being involved a vehicle collision and a vehicle VIN; (2) accessing, at a memory, a loss history blockchain associated with the vehicle using the VIN as a key; (3) receiving vehicle sensor data generated or collected prior to, during, and/or after the vehicle collision; (4) creating a block to add to the loss history blockchain that includes the vehicle sensor data, or otherwise updating the loss history blockchain with the vehicle sensor data associated with the vehicle collision; (5) analyzing the vehicle sensor data to reconstruct the vehicle collision; and/or (6) updating the loss history blockchain to include and/or indicate the reconstructed vehicle collision by including the created block.

Abstract: A shared ledger operated by a group of network participants according to a set of consensus rules manages and resolves subrogation claims between a clamant and a defendant with arbitration. Evidence regarding the value of the subrogation claim is sent to the shared ledger by the parties to the subrogation claim, such as sending data to a smart contract deployed on the shared ledger. The parties to the claim may request arbitration, especially after attempts to settle the claim on-chain between the two parties have failed. An arbitrator may request evidence from the parties and/or request responses from the parties to accept damages calculations and/or settlement offers. Once the claim is resolved, the arbitrator may release funds on the chain to the prevailing party or may accept confirmation that any payments have been made between the parties off-chain.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing and/or processing a blockchain to maintain data security for confidential and/or personal data are provided. According to certain aspects, the disclosed data security techniques may enable access sharing functionality utilizing the blockchain. For example, access sharing may be utilized to share policy information. The policy information may be associated with a smart contract. Accordingly, the policy information may be encrypted using a public key for the smart contract and compiled into a block of the blockchain. In response to a request to provide access to the information to a particular node, the private key for the smart contract may be encrypted using the public key for the particular node and compiled into a block of the blockchain.

Abstract: A method for responding to inferred caller states during dialog with an intelligent voice interface configured to lead callers through pathways of an algorithmic dialog may include, during a voice communication with a caller via a caller device, receiving from the caller device caller input data indicative of a voice input of the caller, and determining, by processing the caller input data, an inferred state of the caller. Determining the inferred state of the caller may include analyzing one or more characteristics, other than textual content, of the voice input. The method may also include selecting a pathway through the algorithmic dialog based upon the inferred state of the caller.
