Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device comprising at least one sensor, a communication circuit, a display, and at least one processor operationally connected to the display, wherein the at least one processor is configured to: display, on the display, a watch screen including a fixed element displayed at a designated location on the display, a repetitive element displayed on the basis of at least a designated rule, and a changing element associated with information obtained through the at least one sensor or received through the communication circuit; generate first data on the basis of at least one of the designated rule or the shape of the repetitive element; generate second data based on at least one of the fixed element or the changing element, in response to the changing element changing from a first value to a second value; and generate first deterioration information on the basis of the first data, the second data, and the duration over which the changing element maintains the first value. Various other embodiments understood through the specification are also possible.

Abstract: An electronic device is disclosed that includes a display, a display driver IC that drives the display, and at least one processor operationally connected with the display and the display driver IC. The display driver IC moves a display location of one or more pixel data corresponding to an image associated with at least one application from a specified point by a specified distance on an active area of the display. The at least one processor is configured to scale up a first portion of the image by a specified range based on the specified distance, scale down a second portion of the image by the specified range based on the specified distance, and display the image on the active area based on the scaled-up first portion or the scaled-down second portion. In addition, various embodiments recognized through the specification are possible.

Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device including a display panel, an oscillator generating a clock signal, a display driving integrated circuit (DDI) generating first time information, using the clock signal, a sensor, and at least one processor identifying a variable measured by using the sensor or second time information corresponding to a reference time. The at least one processor is configured to measure a variable, using the sensor, to correct an error time between the first time information and second time information corresponding to a reference time, based on the variable, and to deliver the corrected error time or the second time information to the DDI such that the DDI corrects the first time information based on the corrected error time to display a screen of the display panel. Besides, various embodiments as understood from the specification are also possible.

Abstract: A method of bonding a die to a wafer using a die bonding system measures, using an obtained image showing interference fringes, a parallelism between the die and the wafer. In some embodiments, parallelism and die deformation are detected using interference fringes produced by an optical apparatus of the die bonding system. A parallelism measurement optical apparatus includes a light source, an optical assembly configured to control polarization of a reference light and a measurement light. In some embodiments, the measurement light is sequentially incident on and reflected from a first measurement surface and a second measurement surface that are spaced apart along a vertical direction to face each other, and is emitted to have information on parallelism between the first and second measurement surfaces. In some embodiments, a first polarizer is configured to interfere the reference light and the measurement light emitted from the optical assembly with each other. A light detector is configured to detect an interference signal of lights including the interference fringes.
