    摘要: An energy-trapping thickness-shear resonator includes a piezoelectric substrate, a first electrode extending from a first end to a central portion of a first surface of the piezoelectric substrate and a second electrode extending from a second end to the central portion of a second surface of the substrate.     摘要: A latch is disposed turnably on a side door and becomes in a state of engaging with a striker disposed on a vehicle body. A ratchet engages with the latch by an engaging operation, and releases the engaging state by a disengaging operation. An open lever performs a door opening operation by the opening operation of an operating handle. A lever member is in contact with the latch in the engaging state, and excessively oscillates the latch in the direction of a closing operation, by which the engaging state between the latch and the ratchet is released during the time from the opening operation of the operating handle to the disengaging operation of the ratchet.

    摘要: A door latch system of a motor vehicle comprises a latch unit mounted to the vehicle body. The latch unit has a latch condition to latch the door at a closed position and an unlatch condition to unlatch the door thereby to release the door. The system further comprises a power latch canceling mechanism mounted to the vehicle body. The power latch canceling mechanism includes an actuator that, when energized, enforcedly causes the latch unit to assume the unlatch condition. The system further comprises a manual latch canceling mechanism mounted to the vehicle body. The manual latch canceling mechanism includes a handle member that is placed at a position other than a vehicle cabin of the vehicle and a power transmitting member that transmits a movement of the handle member to the latch unit. The manual latch canceling mechanism causes the latch unit to assume the unlatch condition when the handle member is manipulated.

Then, a shot area (SA7) to be measured is scanned to a measurement point row (32C) at the focus position, and the height distribution (step information) of the shot area (SA7) is obtained.

Each of the first and second supporting members is made of a material having an acoustical impedance higher than the second acoustical impedance and is connected to the outer surface of each of the first and second reflecting layers. Vibrations propagated from the piezoelectric element are reflected at the interfaces between the reflecting layers and the supporting members.

    摘要: A longitudinally coupled multi-mode piezoelectric filter is constructed to use a piezoelectric stiffened effect. The piezoelectric filter includes a multilayer piezoelectric element having at least four excitation electrodes arranged substantially parallel to one another and a plurality of piezoelectric layers which are arranged between the excitation electrodes and which are polarized in a predetermined direction. The piezoelectric filter further includes an input electrode, an output electrode, and a ground electrode. Application of an input signal between the input electrode and the ground electrode causes vibration of different order modes to be excited and coupled, such that an output signal is extracted between the output electrode and the ground electrode.
