摘要: A rotor spinning machine includes a plurality of work stations arranged side by side between two front-side ends along at least one longitudinal side of the machine. Each work station includes work elements for producing and winding a yarn, such as a feed device, an opening device, a spinning rotor, and a winding device. A suction device provides a negative spinning pressure at the work stations and includes a negative pressure source arranged at each of the two front-side ends of the rotor spinning machine. Each negative pressure source is connected to a separate negative pressure channel that extends in a longitudinal direction of the rotor spinning machine only over a part of a total number of the work stations. Each work station includes an individual drive for the spinning rotor.

摘要: A method for cleaning a textile machine having a plurality of work stations includes issuing a cleaning request for a first one of the work stations. In response to the cleaning request, the first work station is approached and cleaned by a mobile cleaning device that travels alongside of the textile machine. The cleaning requests are issued for the work stations depending on specifically identified contamination-generating events that have occurred at or near the respective work station since a last cleaning process at the work station. A textile machine configured in accordance with the method is also provided.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for operating a spinning machine with a multiple number of spinning stations, whereas, in the normal case, the individual spinning stations are supplied with a fiber material and produce a yarn from this, whereas, upon the occurrence of predefined events, yarn production is interrupted at any or all spinning stations, whereas the spinning stations at which yarn production has been interrupted are, when required, spun in with the assistance of a spinning-in process in order to once again start up yarn production, and whereas the respective spinning-in is carried out with the assistance of handling tools with their own spinning machines. In accordance with the invention, it is proposed that the individual spinning stations are classified on the basis of one or more production-related parameters, and that, if more spinning-in processes are to be carried out at the same time than can be carried out by the handling tools, at least the selection of the spinning station to be spun in next is carried out under consideration of the specified classification.

A thread end (6) accumulated on the coil (5) is sought out by means of a thread seeking device (7) on the surface of the coil (5) deliverable by means of multiple work stations (2) of the spinning machine (1), and the thread end (6) is subsequently moved into the receiving position (A) at the work station (2), from which it is received by a work element (3, 28, 4, 10, 16, 17, 18) of the work station (2), in particular by a handling element (10, 16, 17, 18) of its own work station. A corresponding spinning machine (1) features at least one thread seeking device (7) movable in the area of multiple work stations (2) of the spinning machine (1), with a suction nozzle (12) subjected to negative pressure. At least one transfer element (13) is provided for moving the thread end (6) that is sought out from the suction nozzle (12) to the receiving position (A) at the work station (2).

摘要: A method optimizes production of a rotor spinning machine having a plurality of identical spinning units, with each spinning unit having a spinning rotor driven by a rotor drive at a rotor speed to produce yarn at a delivery speed. A permissible range with a minimum delivery speed and a maximum delivery speed for the delivery speed of the spinning units is specified. Operation of the spinning units is started with a starting delivery speed within the permissible range. Current production capacity of the spinning units or the rotor spinning machine is continuously calculated. Current delivery speed of the yarn is regulated as a function of the current production capacity in such a manner that a maximum production capacity is achieved. A rotor spinning machine in accordance with method is also provided.
