摘要: A superhydrophobic coating is provided and contains organosilane, an inorganic nanomaterial, and an emulsifying agent. A mass proportion of the components is controlled, so that the superhydrophobic coating can form a micro-nano mixed microstructure inside foam concrete. The organosilane first forms dense hydrophobic surface layers on the surface and in inner pores of the foam concrete, and the nanomaterial forms uniformly distributed nano-bulges on the hydrophobic surface layers formed by the silane. The superhydrophobic performance of the foam concrete can be effectively improved by combining the two microstructures. The foam concrete exhibits excellent superhydrophobic performance.

摘要: A double-steel tube concrete beam-column joint with internal FRP bar connectors is provided. The double-steel tube concrete beam-column joint includes double-steel tube columns, I-beams, a joint connector, an internal support member and external ring plates. Each double-steel tube column includes an internal steel tube and an external steel tube. The joint connector includes an internal connecting tube and an external connecting sleeve which are both circular steel tubes. The internal support member is a columnar structure and has two ends regularly formed with bolt holes in a circumferential direction. Each external ring plate comprises a horizontal portion and an annular portion perpendicular to the horizontal portion. Upper and lower double-steel tube columns are connected through the joint connector and the internal support member, the two ends of the internal support member are inserted into an upper internal steel tube and a lower internal steel tube, respectively.

摘要: The present invention relates to the field of building surface coating technologies, and in particular, to an alumina sol-silane composite material and a preparation method and application thereof. The alumina sol-silane composite material provided in the present invention is prepared by raw materials including the following components by weight parts: 5 to 45 parts of alumina sol, 30 to 90 parts of silane, 3 to 10 parts of silane coupling agent, and 1 to 5 parts of dispersant. A hydrophobic anticorrosive coating can be formed after coating the alumina sol-silane composite material provided in the present invention to a surface of a cement-based material, and has good waterproof performance and corrosion resistance.

摘要: The present disclosure provides use of a graphene oxide/butyl acrylate/silane composite emulsion as an anti-shrinkage agent of a cement-based material. In the present disclosure, active groups on an isobutyltriethoxysilane molecule reacts with hydroxyl groups on a surface of a mortar to form a layered hydrophobic structure, thereby slowing a water loss in the mortar of the cement-based material and avoiding cracking caused by drying shrinkage. Butyl acrylate can be dehydrated to form polymer fibers with a spatial network to fill pores of a cement paste, thereby limiting the shrinkage of the mortar. Graphene oxide has a relatively large specific surface area and oxygen-containing functional groups on a surface, which can provide growth sites for hydration products, and promote the hydration products to form a regular and dense structure in the form of a template, thus ensuring a strength of the cement-based material.

摘要: A carbon nanotube (CNT) assembled thin film modified steel wire array electrode, a preparation method and application thereof. The array electrode includes: a surface of a steel wire is negatively modified, and the surface of the steel wire is assembled with a plurality of layers of CNT thin films; one end of the steel wire is welded to a conductor, and a welding position between the steel wire and the conductor is wrapped with an insulating heat shrinkable tube; and the insulating template and the steel wire are encapsulated and cured by using an epoxy resin. The preparation method of the array electrode of the invention mainly includes the following steps: first, performing negative modification on a steel wire, then, assembling CNT thin films on the steel wire, and preparing the modified array steel wire into the CNT assembled thin film modified steel wire array electrode.

摘要: A life-cycle performance intelligent-sensing and degradation warning system and method for concrete structures are disclosed. The warning system comprises a main control module, a multifunctional sensor module, an anti-theft module and a critical warning module. Environmental parameters in concrete are monitored by the multifunctional sensor module, and the remaining service life of a concrete structure is accurately predicted through a life prediction model according to the temperature, humidity, chloride ion concentration and pH at different depths, and a critical chloride ion concentration and a structure stress status that are dynamically obtained. In addition, during warning analysis, a targeted correction method is designed for acquired data, and temperature and pH correction is carried out for real-time monitoring data of the chloride ion sensor to further guarantee the accuracy of monitoring data, such that scientific references are provided for durability evaluation, protection and restoration of the structure.

摘要: An underwater rapid repair material for marine steel structure comprises: 20 to 50 parts by weight of an alkali activation material, 3 to 12 parts by weight of a fast hardening waterborne polymer curing agent, 2 to 8 parts by weight of a fast hardening waterborne polymer precursor, 30 to 100 parts by weight of an aggregate, 1 to 5 parts by weight of an activator and 3 to 20 parts by weight of a water. The underwater rapid repair material provided by the present invention is not dispersed and segregated in water, with an initial setting time as low as 0.5 hours and a final setting time as low as 1.1 hours, after pouring 3 hours, the compressive strength and flexural strength can reach about 60 MPa and 10 MPa respectively, and has high bonding strength to steel and is not easy to fall off after solidification.

The preparation method includes steps of preparing Fe2O3 on the conducting surface of a clean conductive substrate through the hydrothermal process, preparing Fe2O3-PANI composite photoanode film by depositing polyaniline on the surface of Fe2O3 through the electrochemical synthesis and preparing Ru-Fe2O3-PANI composite photoanode film on the surface of the Fe2O3-PANI composite photoanode film through the in situ chemical reduction method. The technical solution in the present invention can achieve highly effective photocathode protection of a reinforcing bar from concretes in marine engineering and improve the durability of concrete structures in marine engineering.

摘要: A method for measuring corrosion-expansion force during cracking of concrete due to corrosion and expansion of reinforcing steel; wherein, deformation on a surface of reinforced concrete is photographed based on a digital image correlation (DIC) method, a full-field displacement and a full-field strain on a surface of the concrete are analyzed and calculated, a relationship between corrosion-expansion force and the strain on the surface of the concrete is found through an established theoretical model, and corrosion-expansion force of reinforcing steel and a change rule of the corrosion-expansion force are calculated. Therefore, the method is simple and includes with safe and reliable operations, scientific principles, and low costs, so that a change in corrosion-expansion force during corrosion and expansion of reinforced concrete can be monitored in real time.
