    Abstract: The present disclosure may provide a method for operating a UE in a wireless communication system. Herein, the method may include: transmitting, by a first UE, information necessary for beam pattern determination to a base station; receiving, from a base station, candidate beam pattern information determined based on the information necessary for beam pattern determination; receiving, from the base station, beam pattern information that the base station determined based on a measurement result for candidate beams, which are sequentially transmitted according to the candidate beam pattern information; and performing uplink transmission based on the determined beam pattern information, wherein the measurement result may include residual self-interference (SI) information measured for each of the candidate beams, which the first UE transmits, and cross link interference (CLI) information that a second UE measures for the each of the candidate beams transmitted from the first UE.

    Abstract: A method of transmitting and receiving a signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosure. The method includes receiving information related to beam switching from a base station (BS), generating at least one transmission beam pattern based on the information related to the beam switching, transmitting a reference signal by using the at least one transmission beam pattern, measuring a self-interference signal based on the reference signal, transmitting information about the measured self-interference signal to the BS, and receiving beam pattern information based on the measured self-interference signal from the BS. The beam pattern information indicates a beam pattern determined by the BS, and the information related to the beam switching includes information about one of whether beam switching is requested, a beam switching interval, and the number of beam switching candidates.
