摘要: During a starting operation or a low-speed drive of a vehicle on a slope, the drive control of the invention sets a gradient-corresponding rotation speed Nθ as a rotation speed of an engine to output a required driving force against a longitudinal vehicle gradient θfr (step S110), and sequentially sets a low-μ-road correction rotation speed Nlow upon identification of a low-μ-road drive condition, a vehicle speed difference-compensating rotation speed Nv based on a vehicle speed V, and a brake-based correction rotation speed Nb based on a brake pressure Pb (steps S120 through S250). The drive control sets a target engine rotation speed Ne* based on these settings (step S260) and subsequently sets a target throttle opening THtag (step S270). The operation of the engine is controlled with the greater between the target throttle opening THtag and a required throttle opening THreq corresponding to an accelerator opening Acc (step S290). This arrangement effectively prevents an unexpected slide-down of the vehicle along the slope.

摘要: In the vehicle of the invention, when the driver releases a depressed accelerator pedal, the drive control sets a vehicle speed V at the moment to a target vehicle speed V* (step S440). An engine and a motor for outputting driving power are controlled to drive the vehicle at the target vehicle speed V*. When the driver steps on a released brake pedal, the drive control stores the target vehicle speed V* set before the driver's depression of the brake pedal as a previous target vehicle speed Vpre and cancels the setting of the target vehicle speed V* (steps S470 and S480). In response to the driver's subsequent release of the brake pedal, the drive control sets the vehicle speed V at the moment to the target vehicle speed V* (step S510) and restarts constant-speed drive (cruise drive). When the driver turns a steering wheel to or over a preset degree for a left turn or a right turn, the drive control sets the previous target vehicle speed V* to the target vehicle speed V* (step S520) and restarts the constant-speed drive. This arrangement ensures easy and quick start of the constant-speed drive (cruise drive) and enables the constant-speed drive (cruise drive) according to the variation of the driving state.

States of the switch-over valve are switched over in accordance with hydraulic pressure from the switch control valve and hydraulic pressure from the mechanical pump.

摘要: A control device of a vehicle includes a first electric motor; a differential mechanism having a rotating element coupled to the first electric motor, a rotating element that is an output rotating member coupled to drive wheels in a power transmittable manner, and a rotating element coupled to a non-rotating member by actuation of a lock mechanism; and a second electric motor coupled to the drive wheels in a power transmittable manner. During motor running for running with output torques from the first electric motor and the second electric motor used together in an actuated state of the lock mechanism, a drive torque shared by the first electric motor is made smaller in a requested drive torque when a rotation speed of a pinion making up the differential mechanism is higher.

摘要: In the ozone water treatment process, the silicon wafer is treated with the first ultra-pure water that includes ozone. The first ultra-pure water is refined by the ultraviolet ray sterilization method. The first ultra-pure water includes total organic carbon content of more than 1 μg/liter and not more than 20 μg/liter, so that the silicon wafer of the predetermined degree of cleanliness is obtained. The silicon wafer is treated by using the second ultra-pure water that has a lower TOC value than the first ultra-pure water in the ultra-pure water rinsing process (including the chemical solution cleaning process as required). The second ultra-pure water is refined by the ultraviolet ray oxidization method, and includes total organic carbon content with a concentration of 1 μg/liter or less. Thus the silicon wafer of the predetermined degree of cleanliness is obtained.
