    Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and compositions of blended polycarbonate resins with improved hydrolytic stability. The resulting compositions, comprising a hydrotalcite and inorganic buffer, can be used in the manufacture of articles while still retaining the advantageous physical properties of blended polycarbonate compositions with improved hydrolytic stability. This abstract is intended as a scanning tool for purposes of searching in the particular art and is not intended to be limiting of the present invention.
