Abstract: A capillary cartridge achieves both improvement of attachability and improvement of heat dissipation performance for realizing short-time analysis. A heat dissipation body is provided between a capillary having a detection unit provided in a part thereof and a plate-like support body that supports the capillary, and temperature increase inside the capillary is suppressed by the heat dissipation body, and thereby, electrophoresis can be performed under a high voltage application condition where the amount of heat increases and analysis time is reduced. In addition, it is possible to redress complexity of an operation by reducing a fixing place at the time of attachment to only a detection unit and an electrode holder by using an integration structure in which the capillary, the supporting body, and the heat radiating body are integrated.

Abstract: A capillary electrophoresis apparatus is disclosed that does not discharge and achieves both compactness and performance even with a part configuration having insufficient spatial distance or creeping distance. This capillary electrophoresis apparatus is provided with a resistance heater for heating capillaries, an electrode holder that holds capillary electrodes and is connected to a high-voltage unit, and a conductive member that at least partially comprises metal and has been grounded to a low potential. The electrode holder and conductive member are in contact with heat-dissipating rubber disposed there between that composes a structure comprising an insulation member. As a result of this configuration, discharge risk is reduced through the reduction of the potential of parts near the high-voltage unit and the slow reduction of the high potential of the high-voltage unit.

Abstract: In a right-handed XYZ coordinate system, a dichroic-mirror array of the present disclosure includes a first group in which m (m≥2) dichroic mirrors DA1 to DAm are arranged parallel to each other along a positive direction of an X axis and a second group in which n (n≥2) dichroic mirrors DB1 to DBn are arranged parallel to each other along a negative direction of the X axis. Incident surfaces of the DA1 to DAm and incident surfaces of the DB1 to DBn are perpendicular to an XZ plane. A slope of straight lines with normal lines of the incident surfaces of the DA1 to DAm projected onto the XZ plane are negative, and a slope of straight lines with normal lines of incident surfaces of DB1 to DBn projected onto the XZ plane are positive.

Abstract: In order to avoid crosstalk between images by a simple method, an optical system through which lights emitted from a plurality of light emission points pass, and a measurement unit that measures lights imaged by the optical system are provided, and a midpoint of two arbitrary light emission points among the light emission points is shifted away from a center of the optical system. More specifically, the center of the optical system exists outside a light emission point group consisting of the plurality of the light emission points. With the above configuration, main images and ghost images are separated each other, and thus, it is possible to avoid crosstalk caused by ghosting and to correctly analyze emissions from the plurality of the light emission points.
