摘要: Disclosed herein is an air conditioning system for a vehicle, in which an air conditioning unit having noise inducing unit is arranged at an engine room based on a dash panel and a distribution duct for distributing air to the interior of the vehicle is arranged in the interior of the vehicle based on the dash panel, thereby reducing noise and vibration in the interior of the vehicle, securing visibility and enabling a worker to easily access the air conditioning system for follow-up service because the air conditioning unit causing noise is arranged inside the engine room, and enhancing passengers' convenience by maximizing the interior space of the vehicle in comparison with the conventional air conditioning systems because only the distribution duct is arranged in the interior of the vehicle.

摘要: A vehicular heat management system is provided with a heat pump type refrigerant circulation line that cools and heats specific air conditioning regions by generating a hot air or a cold air depending on a flow direction of a refrigerant. The system includes a compressor configured to suck, compress and discharge the refrigerant, a high-pressure side heat exchanger configured to dissipate heat of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger configured to allow the refrigerant to exchange heat with an air outside the vehicle, an expansion valve configured to depressurize the refrigerant flowing out of the high-pressure side heat exchanger or the outdoor heat exchanger, and one or more low-pressure side heat exchangers configured to evaporate the depressurized refrigerant. The outdoor heat exchanger and the low-pressure side heat exchangers are connected in series or in parallel depending on an air conditioning mode.

摘要: A battery temperature control device for a vehicle, which heats the interior of the vehicle and a battery, and an air conditioner for a vehicle having same, the battery temperature control device including: a refrigerant circulation line (R) having a compressor (110), an indoor heat exchanger (130), expansion means (140, 150) and an outdoor heat exchanger (120); a coolant circulation line (W) which circulates a heater core (240) mounted to heat the interior of the vehicle; and a coolant heat exchanger (220) mounted to exchange heat between refrigerant circulating the refrigerant circulation line (R) and coolant circulating the coolant circulation line (W). Battery (210) is arranged on the coolant circulation line (W). The coolant circulation line which can heat the interior of the vehicle and the battery at the same, allowing the battery temperature control device and the air conditioner can heat the vehicle's interior and the battery effectively.

摘要: The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for a vehicle and a method for controlling the same and, more specifically, to an air conditioning system for a vehicle and a method for controlling the same in which an opening/closing valve and an expansion valve are installed on a branch line connecting a first air conditioning unit and a second air conditioning unit, the opening/closing valve is always open so as to always supply a refrigerant to the second air conditioning unit during a cooling mode, and the opening/closing valve is always closed so as to always block the refrigerant supply to the second air conditioning unit during a heating mode, such that the refrigerant flows into the branch line of the second air conditioning unit even during a single cooling mode, thereby solving the problem wherein the pressure of a compressor increases, oil is forcibly circulated through a notch of the expansion valve, thereby solving the problem wherein the oil circulation rate decreases, and the refrigerant supply to the second air conditioning unit is blocked during a dual heating mode, thereby solving the problem wherein the heating performance of an electric heating type heater decreases when the second air conditioning unit is operated.

Due to the coolant circulation line which can heat the interior of the vehicle and the battery at the same time, the battery temperature control device and the air conditioner can heat the interior of the vehicle and the battery effectively.

The air conditioner for a vehicle, which has a rear seat outlet, includes an air-conditioning case having an air passageway formed therein and a plurality of air outlets, and a cooling heat exchanger and a heating heat exchanger disposed in the air passageway of the air-conditioning case to exchange heat with air passing through the air passageway, wherein the air outlets include a console vent and a rear seat floor vent, and an entrance of the rear seat floor vent is formed above an entrance of the console vent.
