Abstract: A prediction decoding method, a prediction decoding apparatus, and a computer storage medium are provided. The method includes the following. First multiple neighbouring reference samples are obtained by acquiring neighbouring reference samples of a coding block, where the first multiple neighbouring reference samples include reference samples in a reference row or a reference column neighbouring the coding block. Positions corresponding to K reference samples are determined from a starting position of the reference row or the reference column, where K is a positive integer. Second multiple neighbouring reference samples are obtained according to the determined positions corresponding to the K reference samples, where the second multiple neighbouring reference samples include neighbouring reference samples among the first multiple neighbouring reference samples except the K reference samples. Prediction decoding is performed on the coding block according to the second multiple neighbouring reference samples.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for inter prediction. According to the position of a current block in a video picture, first motion information and second candidate motion information is determined, the motion information at least includes a motion vector; it is determined whether the distance between the motion vector of the first motion information and the motion vector of the second candidate motion information is greater than a first threshold; if the determination result is that the distance is less than or equal to the first threshold, the second candidate motion information is updated to obtain second motion information; if the determination result is that the distance is greater than the first threshold, the second candidate motion information is taken as the second motion information; and inter prediction is performed on the current block by using the first motion information and the second motion information.

Abstract: Disclosed are an inter prediction method, encoder/decoder, and storage medium. The method includes: determining a prediction mode parameter of a current block; when the parameter indicates that a GPM is used for determining an inter prediction value of the current block, determining an angle and a distance corresponding to a dividing line in the current block, setting an angle index value and a distance index value to index serial numbers corresponding to the angle and the distance in a preset mapping table respectively; determining a value of shifting direction indicator of the current block, which is used for indicating shifting directions of different dividing lines of the current block at the angle, by using a preset model based on size information and the angle index value of the current block; performing inter prediction on the current block based on the value of shifting direction indicator and the distance index value.
