摘要: Provided is a photoelectric conversion element including a supporting substrate, a conductive layer, a power generating layer onto which a metal complex dye is adsorbed, and a counter electrode, in which the conductive layer, the power generating layer, and the counter electrode are laminated in this order on the supporting substrate, some or all of voids provided in each of the power generating layer and the counter electrode contain an electrolyte, an adsorption amount of the metal complex dye is 1.0×10−8 to 1.8×10−7 mol/cm2, and the metal complex dye is represented by a specific formula. Also provided is a photoelectric conversion module including a plurality of the photoelectric conversion elements connected to each other.

An information transmitting apparatus (1) includes a transmitting unit that transmits the product related information as a radio signal; a fluorescent concentrating plate (11) that emits fluorescent light upon reception of incident light from both surfaces of at least a front surface and a back surface and guides the fluorescent light; and a solar cell (13) that provides the transmitting unit with power generated upon reception of the fluorescent light. The fluorescent concentrating plate (11) functions as at least a part of a POP advertisement for a product and the solar cell (13) is arranged at an end of the fluorescent concentrating plate (11) so as to be able to receive the fluorescent light.
