Abstract:
Provided is a miniaturized photo-acoustic probe for a clinical image capable of effectively measuring a photo-acoustic signal by making an ultrasonic axis and an optical axis parallel. The photo-acoustic probe for a clinical image includes a laser generator configured to generate a laser beam, an ultrasound transducer disposed to be parallel to the laser generator and configured to analyze ultrasound output from an object, first and second reflectors configured to receive ultrasound generated in an axis identical to that of the laser beam generated by the laser generator, and a medium material configured to allow the laser to be transmitted from the first reflector to the object and increase ultrasound reflectivity of the first and the second reflector.
Abstract:
Provided is a multi-port gas flow rate control apparatus. The multi-port gas flow rate control apparatus includes a gas supply chamber configured to supply a measurement gas input through one gas inflow channel while allowing the measurement gas to diverge into a plurality of flows, a plurality of gas divergence flow channels each having one side connected to the gas supply chamber and configured to transfer the measurement gas flowing through the gas supply chamber to a plurality of gas sensors, respectively, and a gas measurement chamber configured to accommodate the plurality of gas sensors, including the plurality of gas divergence flow channels configured to connect to the gas supply chamber to the plurality of gas sensors to transfer a gas outflow diverging through the gas supply chamber to the plurality of accommodated gas sensors, and configured to discharge the gas outflow sensed by the plurality of gas sensors.
Abstract:
Provided is a biosensor chip. The biosensor chip includes a plurality of biosensor cells that are arranged in a matrix and selectively generate and output a sensed signal by addressing of external light, at least one sensing line that is simultaneously connected with the plurality of biosensor cells and transmits the sensed signal from one selected from the biosensor cells, and an output terminal that receives the sensed signal from the sensing line and outputs the sensed signal to an external reader. Thus, the biosensor cells are set in array in the biosensor chip without a separate driving unit, so that a process of manufacturing the biosensor chip is simplified. The biosensor cell to be sensed is selectively addressed through the external light, so that it is possible to reduce a price of the biosensor chip used as a disposable chip.
Abstract:
A vibration device including a supporting portion formed to cover both ends of a vibration region, and a method of manufacturing the vibration device are provided. The vibration device may include a lower substrate on which an insulating layer is formed, an upper substrate connected onto the insulating layer, and including a vibration region that vibrates and that is separated from the lower substrate by at least a predetermined distance, and a supporting portion formed to cover both ends of the vibration region, to support the vibration region.
