摘要: A fluororesin composition containing a melt moldable fluororesin and a silica, wherein the fluororesin has 25 or more carbonyl group-containing functional groups per 106 main-chain carbon atoms; the silica is a spherical silica; and the fluororesin composition has a linear expansion coefficient of 100 ppm/° C. or lower. Also disclosed is a fluororesin sheet including the fluororesin composition, a laminate including a copper foil layer and a layer including the fluororesin composition and a substrate for circuits including a copper foil layer and a layer including the fluororesin composition.

摘要: The present invention aims to provide a laminate in which a fluororesin layer and a fluororubber layer are firmly bonded even when the fluororesin layer contains a fluororesin having excellently low fuel permeability. The present invention relates to a laminate including a fluororubber layer (A) and a fluororesin layer (B) stacked on the fluororubber layer (A). The fluororubber layer (A) is a layer formed from a fluororubber composition. The fluororubber composition contains a fluororubber (a1) and a basic multifunctional compound having at least two nitrogen atoms in the molecule with a distance between the nitrogen atoms in the molecule of 5.70 Å or greater. The fluororubber (a1) has an absorption coefficient at 1720 cm−1, determined after being brought into contact with triethyl amine, of 0.35 or lower. The fluororesin layer (B) is formed from a fluororesin (b1) having a fuel permeability coefficient of 2.0 g·mm/m2/day or lower.

摘要: A method for producing a secondary battery electrode using a non-aqueous electrolyte, which includes: (1) preparing a composition for producing an electrode substantially free of a liquid medium by using a binder that is a powder which is composed of a composition essentially including a polytetrafluoroethylene resin and a conductive aid and which is free of an active material, and (2) preparing the composition into a sheet by applying shear stress to the composition in solvent content of 10% mass or less relative to the composition. Also disclosed is a binder for a secondary battery electrode using a non-aqueous electrolyte, that is a powder which is composed of a composition essentially including a polytetrafluoroethylene resin and a conductive aid in a proportion of 90:10 to 65:35 in terms of weight ratio and which is free of an electrode active material.

摘要: Composite binder materials for energy storage applications are disclosed. The composite binder materials include a fluoropolymer, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), integrated with a conductive additive and a low-melting point thermoplastic. Methods of making the composite binder materials are also disclosed. The methods include providing an emulsion of the fluoropolymer, mixing the low-melting point thermoplastic and the particulate conductive additive into the emulsion of the fluoropolymer to form a mixture, and coagulating the mixture to produce a coagulum including the composite binder material. The disclosure also provides a binder powder for an electrochemical device capable of providing an electrode mixture sheet having excellent uniformity of tensile strength. The disclosure relates to a binder powder for an electrochemical device, containing a non-fibrillated fibrillatable resin and a thermoplastic polymer.
