Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an electric wire having excellent smoothness, appearance, and storage stability. The electric wire includes a core wire and a coating layer covering the core wire. The coating layer contains a fluorine-free resin and a fluorine-containing crystalline polymer. The fluorine-free resin includes at least one selected from the group consisting of polyamide resins, polyolefin resins, and polyvinyl chloride resin. The fluorine-containing crystalline polymer represents 0.5 to 4.0 mass % relative to the fluorine-free resin.
Abstract:
A laminate including a target, a coating film of a lubricant containing a paraffin wax and carbon fluoride formed on the target. The carbon fluoride is graphite fluoride having a proportion of 0.1 to 2.0% by mass relative to the paraffin wax. Further, an amount of the carbon fluoride in a vicinity of a target on which the coating film is formed is larger than an amount of the carbon fluoride on a surface opposite the target. Also disclosed is a method of coating a target as well as snow or ice sliding equipment.

Powder including low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene having a melt viscosity of 1×102 to 7×105 Pa·s at 380° C., having a melt viscosity of 1×102 to 7×105 Pa·s at 380° C., having an average particle size of 1.0 to 50 μm, and containing 30 or more carboxyl groups at ends of the molecule chain per 106 carbon atoms in the main chain, wherein the powder is substantially free from C8-C14 perfluorocarboxylic acids and salts thereof.
Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a paste containing polytetrafluoroethylene which can be formed into a molded polytetrafluoroethylene article having a significantly small thickness of polytetrafluoroethylene and is less likely to cause defects in molding; and a method of producing the paste. The present invention provides a method of producing a paste, including the steps of coagulating primary particles of polytetrafluoroethylene in an aqueous dispersion that contains the primary particles and water to form slurry that contains secondary particles of polytetrafluoroethylene and water or secondary particles of polytetrafluoroethylene floating in water; and adding an organic solvent to at least one of the slurry and the secondary particles of polytetrafluoroethylene floating in water to provide the paste.

This nonwoven fabric is formed from a resin composition which contains (1) a thermoplastic resin and (2) a fluorine-containing copolymer, and wherein: the thermoplastic resin (1) is a polypropylene; and the fluorine-containing copolymer (2) is a copolymer which has (a) a repeating unit that is formed of a fluorine-containing monomer represented by formula CH2═C(—X)—C(═O)—Y—Z—Rf and (b) a repeating unit that is formed of a non-fluorine monomer having a hydrocarbon group with 14 or more carbon atoms, and which has a weight average molecular weight of 2,500-20,000.
Abstract:
The invention provides a polytetrafluoroethylene composition having high flowability. The polytetrafluoroethylene composition contains a particulate polytetrafluoroethylene having fibrillability and a particulate synthetic amorphous silica. The particulate polytetrafluoroethylene is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder or a polytetrafluoroethylene molding powder. The particulate synthetic amorphous silica is obtained by a dry process and has an average primary particle size smaller than 200 nm. The particulate synthetic amorphous silica is attached to the surface of the particulate polytetrafluoroethylene.
