摘要: A crankcase breathing system (1) for an internal combustion engine includes at least one oil separating apparatus with a preliminary separator (3) and a main separator (4) arranged downstream of the same, with the preliminary separator (3) including a diffuser (11) between an inlet (7) and an outlet (8) which expands in the direction of flow. In order to achieve high separation rates in the simplest possible way it is provided that the preliminary separator (3) is arranged integrally with the main separator (4), with preferably the preliminary separator (3) and the main separator (4) forming a separator unit (2).

摘要: The invention relates to an exhaust gas line (1) of an internal combustion engine, comprising at least one catalytic converter (2) which is provided with at least one catalytic converter support (4) which is arranged in the housing (3) and which comprises at least one first and one second area (5, 6) which can be flowed through in parallel, with the flow being capable of being deactivated in at least one area by means of a switching device (8) arranged in the exhaust gas line (1). In order to achieve a rapid activation of the catalytic converter in the simplest possible and most compact way it is provided that the areas (5, 6) of the catalytic converter support (4) have different physical and/or chemical properties in relation to response behavior, permeability, catalytic activity and/or thermal inertia.

摘要: A cylinder head of an internal combustion engine for a vehicle has a plurality of cylinders, with an inlet side and an outlet side with at least one outlet channel for each cylinder, the cylinder head containing a coolant jacket which has a coolant collecting channel extending along the cylinder head on the outlet side above the outlet channels, the coolant collecting channel being connected to outlet-side cooling spaces which at least partially surround the outlet channel and are flow-connected to at least one overflow opening in a cylinder head sealing plane. The coolant collecting channel is directly connected to a heating circuit of the vehicle.
