摘要: An agricultural system includes an agricultural implement comprising a plurality of ground engagement tools, wherein each ground engagement tool of the plurality of ground engagement tools is configured to engage soil of a field. Additionally, the agricultural system includes a controller with a memory and a processor, wherein the controller is configured to receive a signal indicative of a speed of a rotational element of the agricultural implement, determine that a difference between the speed of the rotational element and an expected speed of the rotational element of the agricultural implement is greater than a threshold, wherein the expected speed of the rotational element is associated with a no-slip operating condition of the agricultural implement, and reduce an engagement between at least one ground engagement tool of the plurality of ground engagement tools and the soil in response to the difference being greater than the threshold.

Additionally, the method may include, when the implement weight differs from the predetermined threshold weight, adjusting, with the computing device, a maximum speed limit for the work vehicle.

The cam member may include a first engagement element. The depth adjustment assembly may also include a locking member having a second engagement element and a biasing member configured to bias the cam and locking members together to engage the first and second engagement elements and maintain a rotational position of the cam member relative to the locking member. When the first and second engagement elements are disengaged, the cam member is rotatable relative to the locking member to vary the penetration depth setting.

摘要: A seeding implement includes a depth adjustment mechanism configured to facilitate rapid reconfiguration of a ground engaging tool for varying penetration depths. The seeding implement includes a ground engaging tool and a packer arm pivotally coupled to a packer support structure. The seeding implement also includes a packer wheel rotatably coupled to the packer arm, and configured to rotate across a soil surface to limit a penetration depth of the ground engaging tool into the soil. The seeding implement further includes a depth adjustment assembly including a slot within the packer support structure, a corresponding slot within the packer arm, and a fastener disposed through the slots. In this configuration, the penetration depth of the ground engaging tool is varied by adjusting a position of the fastener within the slots.

摘要: In one embodiment, a seeding implement includes a frame configured to couple to a tool bar, a parallel linkage coupled to the frame, and a ground engaging tool extending from a shank, wherein the shank is coupled to the parallel linkage. The implement also includes a packer wheel configured to control a position of the ground engaging tool, wherein the packer wheel is positioned directly behind the ground engaging tool when the ground engaging tool is engaging a soil region. Further, the implement includes an adjustment mechanism configured to shift the packer wheel rearwardly upon the ground engaging tool encountering an obstruction and to shift the packer wheel forwardly after the obstruction has been passed by the ground engaging tool.

One or more actuators are operably coupled with the plurality of row units and configured to adjust a downforce of the plurality of row units. A sensor is configured to detect one or more seeding parameters. A computing system is configured to control the operation of the plurality of row units. The computing system is further configured to receive an input associated with a target depth range of the row unit into an underlying field, receive data related to one or more seeding parameters, receive data related to an actual seeding depth; generate a command signal based on a differential between the actual seeding depth and the target depth range; and generate a force command for the one or more actuators to adjust a downforce of the plurality of row units.
