    摘要: Power tools described herein include a tool output, a motor driving the tool output, a battery pack interface, a power switching network coupled between the battery pack interface and the motor, and a controller coupled to the power switching network to control operation of the motor. The controller is configured to operate the motor at a no-load speed at startup and detect a load state of the power tool. The load state indicates whether the power tool is in a loaded state or an unloaded state. The controller is also configured to incrementally ramp up a speed of the motor from the no-load speed to a selected speed when the power tool is in the loaded state and incrementally ramp down the speed of the motor from the selected speed to the no-load speed when the power tool is in the unloaded state.

    摘要: A system and method for shaping the trajectory of a motion command to reduce the effects of a load on performance of a motor dynamically modifies the motion profile in real time to limit the reference signals in the motion profile to feasible commands. A load observer determines an estimated disturbance acceleration. The estimated disturbance acceleration includes the dynamics of the controlled load and is used to modify a maximum and a minimum limit for the acceleration reference. The acceleration limits are, in turn, used to determine velocity limits. The motion profile and modified acceleration and velocity limits are provided to a state filter which determines a new motion profile for use by the motor drive to control operation of a motor and to control the load connected to the motor.

    摘要: An electronic watch includes a power source, an electrostatic motor including a rotor in which a plurality of electret films are arranged in a rotational direction and a plurality of fixed electrodes arranged in the rotational direction at positions facing the rotor, a hand rotating in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor, and a motor control circuit controlling the electrostatic motor. The motor control circuit selectively executes a hand movement mode for rotating the hand and a stop mode for keeping the hand stationary. In the stop mode, the motor control circuit keeps the rotor stationary through electrostatic forces exerted on the electret films from the fixed electrodes with the polarities of the fixed electrodes maintained.
