摘要: The present invention discloses an online burr removing device for a wheel. The device comprises a brush moving system, online transfer parts, clamp units, a lifting plate rotating part. When the device is used, one motor can simultaneously drive an inner brush, an outer brush and a plurality of round brushes to rotate, and the rotating speeds of the three kinds of brushes can be appropriate by setting an appropriate drive ratio; the device can avoid the problem that the linear speed is low in the center but high at the outer edge when an integrated brush rotates at the same angular speed; meanwhile, the device has the characteristics of high automation degree, advanced process, simple structure and high safety and stability.

The method can prevent the performance, strength and as-cast structure of the inner wheel flange from being destroyed, effectively improve the impact resistance of the cast-spun hub at the inner wheel flange, prevent the inner wheel flange of the cast-spun hub from cracking during radial impact and improve the performance of the spun structure of the rim, is beneficial to thinning the rim and realizes light weight of the rim.

摘要: A milling fixture for forged wheel includes a connecting plate installed on a milling machine table, a linear bearing installed on the connecting plate, a small diameter end of a positioning rod penetrates through a spring and a linear bearing, and a limiting screw installed on a side wall of the linear bearing and connected with the positioning rod. Under the coaction of the spring and an external force, the positioning rod is configured to move in the linear bearing. Bidirectional threaded rods are uniformly installed on a bottom plate, one end of each of the bidirectional threaded rods penetrate through pressure claws, the pressure claws are sandwiched between compression nuts and the connecting plate. The fixture can meet the requirement for milling a forged wheel, and at the same time, has the characteristics of a simple structure, is convenient to manufacture, provides stable performance and is low cost.

摘要: Disclosed in the present disclosure is a process for manufacturing an aluminum alloy wheel. The process flow comprises: casting, de-flashing, soaking, spinning, thermal treatment, de-gating, X-ray and machining. The process reduces the cost by about 18 yuan/piece and reduces the weight of the finished product by 0.7-1.1 Kg by improving the casting production efficiency and the product quality, saving original cooling compressed air, canceling pre-machining, preheating and spinning the thermal blank, thermally treating the thermal blank and the like, has the cost equivalent to the comprehensive manufacturing cost of an ordinary cast wheel, and improves the market competitiveness of the cast-spun wheel. The process realizes short flow, light weight and low cost for manufacturing a cast-spun wheel, achieves intelligence of machining, and is suitable for automatic production of large-batch cast-spun wheels.

摘要: A spinning roller surface laser reinforced processing forming method is provided. A spinning roller is normalized after forging, the normalizing temperature is controlled to 860-880 DEG C., and the heat preservation time is 40-60 minutes; the spinning roller forging blank is roughly processed to reserve a tolerance allowance of 0.5 mm on the designated working face; the spinning roller and workpiece contact surface reinforcing layer is made of Ni625+WC2, in which WC is more than 22%; a reinforcing layer having the thickness of 0.8 mm is clad with laser on the working face of the spinning roller, and the preheating temperature is controlled to 250-400 DEG C. before welding; the spinning roller laser clad reinforcing layer is rolled; and the rolled spinning roller is put into a thermal treatment furnace for thermal treatment, and quenching and tempering treatment, re-crystallization and residual stress elimination are performed.
