    摘要: A method and device for milling a large-diameter aspheric surface by using a splicing method and a polishing method to solve the problems of large time consumption and serious tool wear in the machining of a meter-scale large-diameter aspheric surface are disclosed. where an aspheric surface is discretized into a series of rings with different radii, and the rings are sequentially machined via generating cutting by using an annular grinding wheel tool with an outer diameter less than ¼ of a diameter of the aspheric surface; the rings are equally spaced, there are a total of N rings, and a width of any ring is jointly determined by the Nth ring, the (N−1)th ring, positioning accuracy and a generatrix equation of the aspheric surface; and the aspheric surface is enveloped by a large number of rings.     摘要: A device for removing flashes of a wheel blank includes two layers of turnover mechanisms, wherein the lower-layer turnover mechanism realizes the initial positioning of a wheel and has the function of removing the flashes at both the inner side and the outer side of an inner rim of the wheel, and the upper-layer turnover mechanism realizes the secondary positioning of the wheel and has the function of removing the flashes on the outer rim side. By means of the two layers of turnover mechanisms, the flashes on the front face and end face of a wheel blank outer rim wheel lip, and the inner side and outer side of the inner rim are removed, and coaxial processing conversion and orderly takt connection are ensured. The disclosure also provides a method for removing flashes of a wheel blank.

    摘要: A method for forming dimples on a workpiece includes providing a rotary cutting tool. The rotary cutting tool includes a cutting edge that protrudes in a leading direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the tool. The cutting edge extends from a position at the leading end of the rod-shaped main body that is radially offset from the longitudinal axis. The rotary cutting tool is set such that the longitudinal axis of the rotary cutting tool is inclined relative to a line perpendicular to the processing surface of the workpiece. The rotary cutting tool is moved along the processing surface while the rotary cutting tool is rotated about the axis. The processing surface is cut by the cutting edge to form the dimples, which are spaced apart from each other on the processing surface.
