Abstract: A quantum dot light-emitting diode substrate having a bonding layer and a method of preparing the same are provided. The quantum dot light-emitting diode substrate including a plurality of sub-pixel light-emitting regions, wherein each of the sub-pixel light-emitting regions includes a light-emitting layer including a bonding layer and a quantum dot bonded to the bonding layer. The quantum dot light-emitting diode substrate can be prepared with high resolution by a convenient process, and is suitable for mass production.

Abstract: Disclosed are a light-emitting device and a preparation method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The light-emitting device includes: a substrate; an auxiliary layer and a quantum dot layer that are arranged in sequence on one side of the substrate; the auxiliary layer has a first group and a second group, the first group and a surface group of the substrate are bound with each other through a chemical reaction, the second group and ligands of quantum dots in the quantum dot layer are bound with each other through a chemical reaction, and a binding force between the auxiliary layer and the substrate is smaller than a binding force between the quantum dots and the auxiliary layer.

Abstract: A display panel, a display device, and a fabricating method of a display panel. The display panel includes: a base substrate (1); a plurality of light-emitting devices (2) on a side of the base substrate (1); and additional members on a side of the light-emitting devices (2) away from the base substrate (1). The additional members includes light extraction structures (3) and electrochromic structures (4), where orthographic projections of the light extraction structures (3) on the base substrate (1) overlap orthographic projections of the light-emitting devices (2) on the base substrate (1), and the light extraction structures are configured to draw in light from the light-emitting devices (2); and orthographic projections of the electrochromic structures (4) on the base substrate (1) are located between orthographic projections of adjacent light-emitting devices (2) on the base substrate (1), and the electrochromic structures are configured such that the electrochromic structures (4) are in a transparent state when the light-emitting devices (2) emit light, and electrochromic structures (4) are in a shading state when the light-emitting devices (2) do not emit light.
