    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of data lines and a plurality of pixels arranged in an array on the base substrate, each of the data lines extends along a column direction, the pixels in a single column are connected to one single data line of the data lines, any two data lines of the data lines connected to adjacent columns of the pixels constitute a pair of data lines, any two adjacent pixels in each row of the pixels constitute a pair of pixels, each pair of data lines pass through one row of any two adjacent rows of the pixels by extending between two pairs of pixels, and pass through another one row of the two adjacent rows of the pixels by extending between two pixels of one pair of pixels.

    Abstract: A display includes an effective display area and a frame area; an image overlap display area is disposed at a position in the effective display area, close to the frame area, and includes first display positions related to an image to be displayed in the effective display area and second display positions related to an image to be displayed in the frame area; the first and second display positions are distributed in an alternate form; a polarization splitting prism is disposed on a light-emitting surface of the display and at a position at least corresponding to the frame area and the image overlap display area; and a convergent prism configured to converge light from the second display positions in the image overlap display area to the frame area is disposed on a light-emitting surface of the polarization splitting prism. Also a tiled display is disclosed.

    Abstract: An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and an application of the array substrate are provided. The array substrate comprises a substrate and a data line above the substrate, the data line comprising a first surface closest to the substrate and parallel to a bottom surface of the substrate. The array substrate further comprises a light shielding layer above the substrate, and the light shielding layer is configured to cover the data line, such that at least a portion of the data line in the display area of the array substrate is not exposed. When the array substrate is applied to a display device, the amount of light leakage at the data line can be reduced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate comprising a plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of data lines that intersect the plurality of gate lines. A plurality of pixel units are defined by the plurality of gate lines and the plurality of data lines which intersect each other. Each pixel unit comprises a thin film transistor, a gate insulating layer, a passivation layer arranged on one side of the gate insulating layer, a pixel electrode and a common electrode, wherein a source and a drain of the thin film transistor are arranged between the passivation layer and the gate insulating layer, the common electrode is arranged on the other side of the gate insulating layer opposite to the passivation layer, and the pixel electrode is arranged on the passivation layer. The present disclosure further provides a method for manufacturing an array substrate and a display device.

    Abstract: A display device and a driving method thereof are provided. The driving method includes supplying a first voltage Vp1 to a sub-pixel of the display device through data lines in a first stage of a control period for displaying an image. A time for displaying the image includes a plurality of control periods, and the control period includes the first stage and at least a second stage following the first stage. The driving method also includes supplying a second voltage Vp2 to the sub-pixel through the data lines in the second stage. A gate scanning frequency of the first stage is F1 and a gate scanning frequency of the second stage is F2. When the first stage ends, the sub-pixel has a pixel voltage Vp3, F1 |Vp3|.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides a fabricating method of a thin film transistor, a fabricating method of an array substrate, and a display device. The fabricating method of a thin film transistor comprises: forming a gate electrode on a substrate; and forming a gate insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, source and drain electrodes and a channel region on the substrate, wherein, the semiconductor layer is formed of a metal oxide, and two etching steps are used to form the channel region, and in a first etching step, a part of a source-drain metal layer above the semiconductor layer corresponding to the channel region is removed by using a dry etching, and in a second etching step, a remaining part of the source-drain metal layer above the semiconductor layer corresponding to the channel region is removed by using a wet etching, thereby forming the channel region.

The method includes: for a first row of sub-pixels and a second row, adjacent to the first row, of sub-pixels, during a display period of a first frame image, inputting data signals to the first row of sub-pixels in a first order, and inputting data signals to the second row of sub-pixels in a second order opposite to the first order; and during a display period of a second frame image adjacent to the first frame image, inputting data signals to the first row of sub-pixels in the second order and inputting data signals to the second row of sub-pixels in the first order.
