摘要: There are provided a device and a method capable of increasing the processing speed and preventing the increase of the device size by eliminating decompression/decoding processing not required for decompression/decoding of a moving picture of a point-of-view desired by a user. The decompression/decoding device includes: instruction input means for receiving an instruction for a frame to be outputted; judgment means for reading out motion prediction information from the moving picture data and judging the frame used for motion prediction in compression/encoding of the frame to be outputted; and decompression/decoding means for decompressing/decoding only the frame judged by the judgment means and the frame to be outputted.

摘要: A prediction error generating unit generates a predictive vector from the motion vectors of a plurality of adjacent blocks, and obtains a difference from a target vector. A plurality of variable-length coding units respectively encode the output of the prediction error generating unit with different encoding methods. A determining unit estimates the accuracy of the predictive vector generated by the prediction error generating unit based on the degrees of non-uniformity of the motion vectors of the plurality of adjacent blocks. A selecting unit selects one of the encoding results obtained by the plurality of variable-length coding units.

摘要: A system and method for transcoding digital content (e.g. web content) by correctly employing one annotation for multiple digital contents. This can efficiently reduce the workloads required for the addition of annotation data during the transcoding process. A transcoding system comprises an annotation database system for storing annotation data to be used for the transcoding of contents, and a transcoder for transcoding the contents based on annotation data stored in the annotation database system. Upon receiving an inquiry from the transcoder, a correlation between elements in the contents and descriptions of the annotation data is checked to select one annotation that can be employed for transcoding the content. The correlation is specifically determined based on XPath information.

摘要: The invention include a guide groove of a long hole shape make the part excluding the root part of any one driver bit which was formed in top plate of the cap attached several pieces of the cap engaging rotatably and removably project to the method of outside and lead the driver bit to the support crevice. The base material of the outline shape of the supporter of the driver bit mostly and it was really formed so that it might project to the inner side in the inside wall of the circumference wall by the side of the central part of the guide groove of the top plate of the cap. The locking peace formed in the inner wall of the open end of the cap so that it can stop the rotation part which can prevent that plurality driver bits enter to the guide groove of this cap. And the invention has a few parts, and can set it the state where the driver bit chosen by easy operation can be used, and the storage state easily. It is purpose that offering the assembly driver can prevent the driver bit projecting, easily and carelessly.

摘要: Thermosetting resin compositions for manufacturing circuit boards and build-up circuit boards, and build-up boards, and multilayer bodies and circuit boards manufactured using these compositions are provided. A composition contains polyimide resin (A), phenol resin (B), and epoxy resin (C) components. The mixing ratio by weight (A)/[(B)+(C)] is 0.4 to 2.0, the ratio being the ratio of the weight of (A) to the total weight of (B) and (C). By using such a composition, multilayer bodies and circuit boards, excellent in dielectric characteristics, adhesiveness, processability, heat resistance, flowability, etc. can be manufactured. A composition contains a polyimide resin (A), a phosphazene (D), and a cyanate ester (E). D includes a phenolic hydroxyl group-containing phenoxyphosphazene (D-1) and/or a crosslinked phenoxyphosphazene (D-2) prepared by crosslinking (D-1), (D-2) having at least one phenolic hydroxyl group. By using such a composition, multilayer bodies and circuit boards with excellent properties can be manufactured.

摘要: A thermosetting resin composition of the present invention includes (A) a polyimide resin, and as thermosetting components, at least one of (B) a multifunctional cynate ester and (C) an epoxy resin. The (A) polyimide resin is soluble polyimide obtained by reacting, with diamines, acid dianhydride including an ether bond. As (B) the multifunctional cynate esters, a compound having a specific structure, and/or an oligomer thereof is used. As (C) the epoxy resin, an epoxy resin having a dicyclopentadiene bone structure and/or an alkoxy-group-including silane denatured epoxy resin (suitable epoxy resin) is preferably used.
