The process consists, inter alia, in positioning (F6) a coating product supply unit (52), in a position of connection with the first sub-assembly (7) received in an area (11) of the station (10) of cleaning/filling.

摘要： Upward whirling of a coating material through a gap between a coating machine and an opening is prevented without using a shaping air upon cleaning a coating machine in a cleaning hopper by supplying a thinner to the coating machine and rotating a rotary atomizing head at a high speed.To the inside of a hopper (1) used for cleaning a coating machine in which a rotary atomizing head (B) is entered through an opening (3) formed to the upper surface of a hopper housing (2) upon supplying a thinner for cleaning to the rotary atomizing coating machine (T) and a residual coating material and a thinner are sprayed to the inside thereof, an airstream control member for shutting a flow ascending from the inside of the housing to the outside of the housing passing through a gap between the coating machine and the opening by the rotation of the rotary atomizing head is disposed so as to situate below the rotary atomizing head corresponding to the gap between the coating machine and the opening, and the control member is formed with an air vent hole for supplying air to a negative pressure zone formed just below the rotary atomizing head.

摘要： Provided is a method for manufacturing crystalline isomaltulose from sucrose, comprising the steps of: 1) contacting an α-glucosyltransferase enzyme to aqueous sucrose solution or slurry under the condition wherein the α-glucosyltransferase enzyme is active; in which said condition is maintained after the concentration of isomaltulose in the reaction mixture reaches the point at which crystals are formed, and 2) separating the reaction mixture into crystalline isomaltulose and remaining syrup. According to the present invention, enzymatic conversion of sucrose and crystallization of isomaltulose are carried out simultaneously in a same reaction vessel. In addition, the enzyme can be used repeatedly.
