    Abstract: A bifacial solar cell includes a silicon substrate; an emitter layer; a plurality of first electrodes locally on the emitter layer; a first aluminum oxide layer on the emitter layer; a first silicon oxide layer between the first aluminum oxide layer and the emitter layer; a first anti-reflection layer on the first aluminum oxide layer; a back surface field layer on the silicon substrate; a second aluminum oxide layer on the silicon substrate; a second silicon oxide layer between the second aluminum oxide layer and the silicon substrate; a second anti-reflection layer on the second aluminum oxide layer; and a plurality of second electrodes respectively on the back surface field layers through the second anti-reflection layer, the second aluminum oxide layer and the second silicon oxide layer.

    Abstract: A solar cell panel includes a plurality of solar cells including first and second solar cells, and a plurality of wiring members electrically connecting the first and second solar cells. A first electrode of each of the first and second solar cells includes a first bus bar including a plurality of first pad portions. The plurality of first pad portions include a first end pad positioned on one end side of the first bus bar and on which an end of the wiring member is positioned, and a first extension pad positioned on the other end side of the first bus bar and on an extension of the wiring member. An area of the first end pad is different from an area of the first extension pad.

    Abstract: A solar cell module is discussed. The solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including a semiconductor substrate and a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes, which are formed on a back surface of the semiconductor substrate and are separated from each other, the plurality of solar cells disposed in a first direction; a plurality of first conductive lines connected to the plurality of first electrodes included in a first solar cell of the plurality of solar cells, and the plurality of first conductive lines extended in the first direction; a plurality of second conductive lines connected to the plurality of second electrodes included in a second solar cell of the plurality of solar cells which is adjacent to the first solar cell, and the plurality of second conductive lines extended in the first direction.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a solar cell includes: forming a first photoelectric conversion part including a photoelectric conversion layer including a perovskite compound, a first transport layer, and a second transport layer; and forming a first electrode electrically connected to the first photoelectric conversion part and forming a second electrode electrically connected to the first photoelectric conversion part. The formation of the first photoelectric conversion part includes: forming a first film using a first material constituting the perovskite compound; spraying a second material constituting the perovskite compound on the first film to form a second film; performing a first heat treatment to diffuse the first film and the second film to form the perovskite compound; and performing washing to remove the residual second film residual on the perovskite compound.
