    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stamper for injection molding, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a stamper for injection molding which can prevent a scratch from forming thereon and has an excellent durability owing to high hardness even after manufacturing of the metal stamper with micro patterns formed thereon is finished. The method for manufacturing a stamper for injection molding includes a pattern forming step for forming a predetermined micro pattern on a substrate, a metal plating step for making metal plating on the substrate to form a stamper having the micro pattern transcribed thereto, a stamper separating step for separating the stamper of the metal plating from the substrate, and a protective layer coating step for coating a protective layer on the stamper for maintaining a mirror surface.

The injection-molding apparatus comprises: a cavity mold having a cavity; a core mold having a core surface to form a molding space for injection moldings when being joined to the cavity mold; a heating unit for heating the cavity mold or the core mold; a cooling unit for cooling the cavity mold or the core mold; and a patterning stamp having a micrometer or nanometer sized pattern and provided on an inner surface of the molding space. According to the injection-molding apparatus, a micrometer or nanometer sized pattern is formed on a surface of injection moldings so as to have a super-hydrophobic characteristic and an optical characteristic, and a micrometer or nanometer sized pattern of a complex structure can be implemented.

More particularly, a method for manufacturing a master mold capable of forming a micropattern on a film applied to an exterior of a household appliance, an apparatus and a method for production of a micropatterned film using the above master mold, and appliances having such micropatterned films attached thereto are disclosed. The method for manufacturing a master mold used for forming a micropatterned film applied to an exterior of a household appliance includes, applying photoresist (110) to a surface of an STS substrate (100) and UV irradating the same through a patterned mask (140) to transfer the pattern of the mask (140) to the substrate (100), etching the STS substrate (100) to which the pattern has been transferred removing the photoresist (110) from the etched STS substrate (100), and reproducing the pattern of the STS substrate on a synthetic resin substrate (210).

    摘要: An envelope feed apparatus comprises a main body having a bottom; top (located opposite the bottom); and sides (located between the bottom and the top). The main body top has a flat surface that supports, for example, a stack of envelopes. The envelope feed apparatus also has a slider that includes sides contacting at least two of the main body sides. The slider sides move in a parallel direction to the main body sides as the slider moves relative to the main body. The slider has at least one roller connected to opposing slider sides. The roller(s) are positioned adjacent the main body top. The roller(s) move in a perpendicular direction to the flat surface of the main body top as the slider moves relative to the main body. The roller(s) contact the stack of envelopes when the stack of envelopes is on the flat surface of the main body top and apply pressure to the stack of envelopes in the perpendicular direction toward the flat surface of the main body top. The slider sides align the stack of envelopes positioned on the flat surface of the main body top and the roller keeps the top of the stack of envelopes mostly parallel to the flat surface of the main body to aid in feeding the envelopes into intake feed rollers of a printer.
