    摘要: Disclosed herein is a selective metalorganic vapor phase growth method of a group III-V compound semiconductor containing at least Al and In, in which a ratio of an HCl gas supply amount to a supply amount of a group III metalorganic material (�HCl supply amount!/�group III supply amount!) is set in a range of 0.01-0.3. Hence, a polycrystal density is decreased to ensure a selectivity, and a grown crystal composition can be controlled so as not to be excessive in the Al composition so that composition control can be done easily.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a silicon polyimide precursor composition which has a viscosity suitable for the formation of films by application or another mean and which is capable of forming hard and tough films having excellent heat resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion and strong adhesive force by heating the films, the above-mentioned films being formed by the chemical bond between silicon and polyimide. When an operational designation has been performed, the second computer transmits to the first request a request for permission to perform an action corresponding to the operation. Until a conclusion to the request is received, the second computer produces an image in which a character performs a first act of the action. The first computer determines whether the action is permitted and transmits its conclusion to the second computer. When receiving the conclusion before the end of the first act, the second computer produces an image in which the player character performs a second act according to the conclusion. On the other hand, when the conclusion is received after the end of the first act, the second computer produces, at the end of the first act, an image in which the player character performs a third act until the reception of the conclusion.

    摘要: Characteristic of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) is the presence of the chimeric p120.sup.bcr-abl protein possessing elevated protein tyrosine kinase activity relative to normal c-abl tyrosine kinase. Hematopoietic progenitors isolated from CML patients in the chronic phase contain a constitutively tyrosine phosphorylated protein that migrates at approximately 62 kDa by SDS-PAGE and associates with the p120 ras GTPase-activating protein (GAP). This novel protein, called p62.sup.dok (p62 protein downstream of tyrosine kinases), was isolated from a hematopoietic cell line expressing p120.sup.bcr-abl. Association of p62.sup.dok with GAP correlates with its tyrosine phosphorylation. p62.sup.dok is rapidly tyrosine phosphorylated upon activation of the c-kit receptor, implicating it as a component of a signal transduction pathway downstream of receptor tyrosine kinases.
