摘要: A swash plate 3 includes a substrate 11 made of an iron-based material, a hard first resin layer 12 provided to coat an end surface of the substrate 11, and a soft second resin layer 13 provided to coat the first resin layer 12. A spiral annular groove 12A is formed in a surface of the first resin layer 12, and the second resin layer 13 is provided to match the sectional shape of the first resin layer 12. With the soft second resin layer 13 on a sliding surface 3A of the swash plate 3, a swash plate 3 having a good fit in an initial stage of sliding can be provided. When the second resin layer 13 partially wears, a protrusion 12 of the first resin layer 12 of the hard resin is exposed to provide good wear resistance and good sliding properties.

摘要: A swash plate compressor 1 includes a swash plate 3 which rotates around a rotary shaft 2, a piston 4 which moves forward and backward in response to the rotation of the swash plate 3 and in which a hemispherical concave sliding surface 4a is formed, and a shoe 5 in which there are formed a flat end surface portion 12 which comes into sliding contact with the swash plate 3 and a spherical surface portion 11 which comes into sliding contact with the sliding surface 4a of the piston 4. A columnar portion 13 is formed between the spherical surface portion 11 and the end surface portion 12 in the shoe 5, and in a boundary area between the columnar portion 13 and the spherical surface portion 11, there is formed a spherical-surface-portion side flange 14 which protrudes radially outward and constitutes the spherical surface portion.The lubrication of the shoe is satisfactorily performed and the entry of foreign matter into the sliding parts can be prevented.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a shoe according to the present invention comprises a step of cutting a columnar raw material 1 to a given length to provide a disc-shaped raw material 2, a step of forming on one end face of the disc-shaped raw material a spherical sliding surface 10 which is to be disposed in sliding contact with a spherical surface on a piston, and a step of forming a thermal sprayed layer 6 on the other end face of the disc-shaped raw material by a rapid gas H.V.O.F. spraying process, the thermal sprayed layer serving as a flat plate-shaped sliding surface 9 which is to be disposed in sliding contact with a swash plate. A shoe which is provided with the thermal sprayed layer 6 exhibits an increased seizure resistance in comparison to a conventional shoe which is formed with a sintered layer, and can be manufactured inexpensively.

摘要: A swash plate type compressor 1 includes a swash plate 3 rotating around a rotating shaft, pistons 4 that advance and retreat with the rotation of the swash plate and each are formed with a hemispherical concave sliding surface, and shoes 5 each formed with a flat end surface part 12 being in sliding contact with the swash plate and a spherical surface part 11 being in sliding contact with the sliding surface 4a of the piston. A cylindrical part 13 is formed between the spherical surface part and the end surface part of the shoe, and the shoe is formed with a flange part 14 that surrounds the boundary portion between the cylindrical part and the end surface part and is in sliding contact with the swash plate. Further, the flange part is located on the inside of an imaginary spherical surface S including the sliding surface of the piston, and the diameter d2 of the cylindrical part is smaller than the diameter d3 of the opening of the sliding surface of the piston. The shoe can be lubricated satisfactorily.
