When an input image is received from an imaging element, a detection circuit detects frequency information of the input image, and an electronic shake processing circuit detects shake information (motion amount) of the input image. A CPU receives the frequency information and the shake information via an image processing circuit. The CPU increases a compression ratio of the input image when high frequency components are dominant, and decreases the compression ratio when low frequency components are dominant. The CPU also increases the compression ratio when the input image is moving, and decreases the compression ratio when the input image is not moving. A compression/decompression circuit compresses the image based on the compression ratio thus set.

A powder rubber obtained by crushing a waste rubber comprising various kinds of rubbers is subjected to treatment of making unevenness on a surface thereof. A method in which a microorganism growing with a rubber being an only carbon source and powder rubber having an average particle diameter of 1 mm or less are added to a culture medium to cultivate the microorganism can be applied as treatment of making the unevenness. The powder rubber is decomposed by this method, and the surface area is increased, whereby a rubber composition which is excellent in abrasion resistance, fracture characteristics and crack growth resistance can be obtained. A WU-YS05 strain (Patent Microorganism Depository Center: Accession number: FERM P-18660) belonging to Pseudonocardiaceae is effective as the microorganism.

A rubber composition of the tread layer includes a specific diene-based rubber component, and either a specific zinc dithiophosphate vulcanization accelerator, or a specific zinc dithiophosphate vulcanization accelerator and a benzothiazole vulcanization accelerator. The zinc dithiophosphate vulcanization accelerator is contained in an amount of 0.2 to 5.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the rubber component. A molar amount of the benzothiazole vulcanization accelerator is one-half or more of a molar amount of the zinc dithiophosphate vulcanization accelerator. Further, the rubber composition contains a white filler in an amount of 15 parts by weight or more per 100 parts by weight of the rubber component. Produceability of the pneumatic tire is excellent, and a low heat build-up performance thereof is improved without any adverse effects on gripping performance.

When servo lock cannot be achieved because the number of disk revolutions cannot reach the vicinity of its regular number of disk revolutions, a table value is increased to prolong the disk acceleration time. In case of success in servo lock, the table value is reduced to shorten the disk acceleration time. Accordingly, it is possible to set the disk acceleration time optimized in accordance with a variation of torque in the disk motor. As a result, it is possible to save an unnecessary current which would be otherwise consumed till disk servo lock is achieved, so that it is possible to suppress the power consumption.
