    摘要: A method and control unit determines a fuel efficient acceleration behavior of a motor vehicle for a predetermined road section. The determination of the acceleration behavior is based on a determined initial speed of the motor vehicle in a first position in the road section, and a determined target speed of the motor vehicle in a determined second position in the road section, the second position being separated from the first position by an acceleration distance. The first position is determined such that the acceleration distance is less than or equal to a maximal acceleration distance Sacc, the maximal acceleration distance Sacc being dynamically determined based on at least one first road condition for the road section and on at least one characteristic of the motor vehicle.

    摘要: Coated cemented carbide inserts, particularly useful for milling of cast iron, methods for making the inserts, and methods of their use are disclosed. The inserts are characterized by a composition of the substrate of about 5-7 wt % Co, about 0.05-2.0 wt % total amount of the metals selected from the group consisting of Ti, Nb,Ta and combination thereof, and balance WC with a coercivity (Hc) of 1 about 4-19 kA/m and an S-value of about 0.81-0.96. The coating comprises a homogeneous layer of (TixAl1-x)N, where x is between about 0.25 and about 0.50 with a crystal structure of NaCl type and a total thickness of between about 1.0 and about 5.0 μm as measured on the middle of the flank face.

The inserts are formed from a cemented carbide of WC about 5.0-7.0 wt-% Co, and about 0.22-0.43 wt-% Cr, where the substrate has a coercivity (Hc) of about 19-28 kA/m. The coating contains a single layer of (TixAl1-x)N-layer, where x is 0.25-0.50, with a crystal structure of NaCl type, a total thickness of about 3.0-5.0 μm, (200)-texture, and a compressive residual strain of about 2.5×10−3-5.0×10−3, optionally containing an outermost TiN-layer.
