    摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for control of beverage dispensing. In one aspect, authorization data specifying that a beverage dispensing node is authorized to be activated are received. Activation data that request activation of the node are also received, where activation of the node causes a valve that controls flow of fluid to a beverage dispenser to be opened. A determination is made that the activation data are associated with a user identifier for an enabled user, where an enabled user is a user that has been enabled to activate the node. In response to receipt of the authorization data and the activation data a valve that controls flow of fluid to the beverage dispenser is opened. Data (e.g., de-authorization or de-activation data) specifying that an activated beverage dispensing apparatus be de-activated can also be received. In response to receipt of the data, the valve can be closed.

    摘要: Methods and systems to optimize wafer placement repeatability in semiconductor manufacturing equipment using a controlled series of wafer movements are provided. In one embodiment, a preliminary station calibration is performed to teach a robot position for each station interfaced to facets of a vacuum transfer module used in semiconductor manufacturing. The method also calibrates the system to obtain compensation parameters that take into account the station where the wafer is to be placed, position of sensors in each facet, and offsets derived from performing extend and retract operations of a robot arm. In another embodiment where the robot includes two arms, the method calibrates the system to compensate for differences derived from using one arm or the other. During manufacturing, the wafers are placed in the different stations using the compensation parameters.

    摘要: The invention provides a sulfur vulcanizable silica-reinforced elastomeric compound having improved tensile mechanical and dynamic viscoelastic properties. The compounds are formed by mixing an elastomer optionally having an alkoxysilane terminal group, with silica in the presence of an alkyl alkoxysilane and a blocked mercaptosilane. In particular, the mercaptosilane moiety of the blocked mercaptosilane and the alkyl alkoxysilane are present in a weight ratio of about 0.001:1 to about 0.20:1. Preferably, the blocked mercaptosilane and the alkyl alkoxysilane are compounded with the elastomer and the silica at high temperature to facilitate the silica-silane reaction. A deblocking agent is added at any desired mixing stage, optionally with the cure package, to allow binding of the mercaptosilane to the polymer.
