Abstract:
In an image deblurring method, an image processor determines an absolute difference between a pixel value of each pixel in a current image frame and a pixel value of a corresponding pixel in a reference image frame to obtain a total absolute difference corresponding to the current image frame by summing up the absolute differences corresponding respectively the pixels of the current image frame. When the total absolute difference is smaller than a predetermined first threshold value and not smaller than a predetermined third threshold value, the image processor generates an interpolated image frame based on the current and reference image frames using one of unidirectional motion estimation and bidirectional motion estimation.

A capacitive touch display panel includes a display panel, an outer substrate, and a capacitive touch device. The capacitive touch device is disposed between the outer substrate and the display panel. The capacitive touch device includes a plurality of first transparent electrodes, at least one transparent bridge line, a plurality of second transparent electrodes, at least one non-transparent bridge line, and at least one patterned low reflective layer. The patterned low reflective layer is disposed on an opposite side of the non-transparent bridge line with respect to the display panel. The patterned low reflective layer and the non-transparent bridge line are overlapped to each other in a vertical projective direction.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an adaptive intra-prediction encoding and decoding method. The adaptive intra-prediction encoding method comprises the following steps: providing a prediction unit to be encoded; determining the total number of prediction modes for intra-prediction in accordance with the size of the prediction unit; selecting a certain prediction mode on the basis of the displacement of a reference pixel among the determined total number of the prediction modes, and performing intra-prediction using the selected prediction mode; and transforming and quantizing the residual value, which is the difference between the prediction unit predicted by the intra-prediction and the current prediction unit, and entropy-encoding the transformed and quantized value. Thus, rate-distortion may be optimized and image quality and encoding speed may be improved.

The opposite substrate is disposed over the active device array substrate and the display medium layer is disposed between the active device array substrate and the opposite substrate. The inner electrode series are disposed on the opposite substrate and extend along a first direction, wherein each inner electrode series includes inner ring electrodes electrically connected to each other. The outer electrode series are disposed on the opposite substrate and extend along a second direction, wherein each outer electrode series includes outer ring electrodes electrically connected to each other. Each inner ring electrodes is respectively surrounded by one of the outer ring electrodes, and the first direction is substantially perpendicular to the second direction. The present invention also provides a touch sensing substrate.
Abstract:
A reactive cyclodextrin derivative or a reactive glucose derivative is used as a template derivative for forming an ultra-low dielectric layer. A layer is formed of the reactive cyclodextrin derivative or the reactive glucose derivative capped with Si—H and then cured in an atmosphere of hydrogen peroxide to form the ultra-low dielectric layer.
