Abstract:
For use in a ceiling form system with rectangular forms, a support for the forms is provided by a support head having a horizontal base plate mounted in a support column. A horizontal head plate is spaced above the base plate and serves to supportingly engage a corner portion of one or more forms when the forms are in place. The head and base plates are connected with one another by at least one vertical plate section having a horizontal surface engaging the bottom surface of the head plate, a diagonal surface extending from the horizontal surface radially above the head plate and slanting away from the axis of the column, and a stop surface extending vertically above the diagonal surface and in a direction toward the column axis, so that in disassembling a form from the head, after pivoting out of the form, it can be completely removed from the head by only a small amount of raising movement.
Abstract:
The present invention provides for a device for adapting a formwork element, including a formwork lining and at least two formwork beams, to a given curvature of circular framework. A device includes a web engaging a space between two formwork beams and a cross-piece fixed to the web and equipped with two parallel, spaced plates which project laterally beyond the web and overlap the formwork beams in an installed position. Projecting portions are provided with mounting lugs in which a plurality of the lugs have at least one projecting portion and the lugs are arranged in two planes disposed at different spacings relative to the web.
Abstract:
A turnbuckle device (12, 13, 14; 20; 35a, 35b, 35c; 44a, 44b, 44c) for clamping concrete shell elements (1, 2), having two claws (15a, 15b, 15c, 16a, 16b, 16c; 21, 22) and a wedge (17a, 17b, 17c; 23; 37a, 37b, 37c; 46a, 46b, 46c), the claws being displaceable toward one another in a clamping direction (34), the wedge being guided in the clamping device along a wedge guiding direction (33), and the scale of the propulsion of the wedge in the turnbuckle device determining the displacement of the claws, is characterized in that the wedge guiding direction and the clamping direction enclose an angle less than 90°. Mutual obstruction of the turnbuckle devices neighboring wedges is thus avoided.
Abstract:
The invention concerns an assembly for forming a scaffold joint with a transverse brace and posts having at least one projection extending radially with respect to the post axis out from its outer surface, the protrusion having an opening into which a hook disposed on the end of the brace can be introduced from an upper direction, wherein a wedge (47), disposed on the end of the brace, is sufficiently separated from the contours of the hook in its position automatically assumed below the opening (4) subsequent to introduction of the hook (7) into the opening (4) to block motion of the end of the brace in the upward direction through the opening (4), wherein the lower end of the wedge (47) projects in a sideward direction beyond the contours of the hook (7) prior to complete introduction of the hook (7) into the opening and seats on the edge of the opening and, with further introduction of the hook, can be displaced by the edge in the upward direction.
Abstract:
A plate of a support structure for a ceiling mold for the production of concrete ceilings, in particular seating plates of a support head with holding means disposed on the plate for a ceiling mold element for gap filling members. A first large protrusion and a second large protrusion are provided in only one corner region of a substantially rectangular plate to hold the ceiling mold element. The first and second large protrusions are wider and higher than a plurality of other smaller protrusions disposed on the upper surface of the plate.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a support for ceiling mold elements for concrete. It is effected in that, on both edges of its upper surface (2, 48) one row each of projections (3, 4, 53, 54) is provided for, the projections protruding upwardly and outwardly at separations from another and being suited for securing or attaching the ceiling mold elements (11, 29, 30) and in that the spaces between the projections (3, 4, 53, 54) correspond to twice the separation of an abutment, arranged on the underside of the mold element, from the edge of the mold element, and in that the distance between the projections (3, 4, 53, 54) matches the corresponding dimension of the mold element (11, 29, 30) to be placed in, or a fraction of this dimension. The invention furthermore provides for the surfaces of the support to be at least partially covered with a plastic cover strip.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a formwork system (1) for forming a transition of reinforcement (8) between a concrete component and a further concrete component located adjacent thereto in a connecting direction (14), comprising two formwork elements (2, 3) and a central element (5), wherein the central element is disposed between the formwork elements in the region of one end of the formwork elements, and wherein elastic sealing lips (7) are disposed each between the formwork elements (2, 3) and the central element (5), which is characterized in that the formwork system comprises mounting positions (40-43) for spacers (6; 32-39), wherein one mounting position (41, 42) each is provided on the two outer sides, of the central element, facing the formwork elements, and one mounting position (40, 43) each is provided on the inner sides of the formwork elements opposite to these outer sides of the central element, several spacers can be mounted on top of each other at each mounting position, at least one spacer is mounted to each mounting position and one elastic sealing lip is disposed on at least one uppermost spacer (33, 34, 37, 38) of each of the two opposite mounting positions. This permits production of concrete components of any wall thickness and concrete cover depth.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a support scaffold with adjustable-height posts having an outer tube (2) and an inner tube (1), and with stiffeners (8) and fastening means (11) arranged between them for the attachment between outer tube (2) and stiffener. The invention consists in the fact that the stiffener (8) can be fastened both to the outer tube (2) and to the inner tube (1). As a result, the stiffener can be arranged at any desired height on an extended post, thus producing very high load-bearing capacity for the scaffold.
Abstract:
A shuttering apparatus includes at least two rectangular shuttering panels (22, 22') which have a plurality of bores of the same dimensions which extend along at least one edge (13, 15) in a row parallel to the edge and are arranged in accordance with a grid dimension at grid points having the same spacing. The bores have axes extending perpendicular to the edge. The shuttering panels are capable of being placed together with their edges containing the bores (11, 11') being so aligned that several connection bores (11, 11') of the one shuttering panel are aligned with several connection bores (11, 11') of the other shuttering panel. In this way a form locked connection of the shuttering panels (22, 22') in the direction of the edge (13, 15) which contains the lines of bores can be brought about by fitted connection pins which are placed through at least some of the aligned bores (11, 11') of the two shuttering panels (22, 22'). Only some of the mutually associated connection bores (11) are arranged at the grid points (12) at the edges of each shuttering panel. The other connection bores (11') are displaced by less than half the grid point spacing (a) relative to the grid points (12) and indeed in the one shuttering panel (12) in the opposite direction to those of the other shuttering panel (22').
Abstract:
In a climbing scaffolding or in a climbing formwork a guide rail (11) for the sole purpose of guiding the scaffolding during the lifting and lowering movements is provided, which is detachably secured to the concrete wall by at least two mounting parts (3, 4) for the climbing scaffolding section (6). This allows rapid lifting, and instead of a crane a lifting gear which is supported on the mounting parts can also be used for lifting.
