    摘要: A conical chipper/canter head. The head includes, at least, one or more chipping knives. Each chipping knife provides at least one pair of linear cutting edges including a face cutting edge and a chip cutting edge angled with respect to each other. The face cutting edge defines a planar, face cutting surface of revolution of the cutting head, and the chip cutting edge defines a conical, chip cutting surface of revolution of the cutting head. The face and chip cutting edges of the same chipping knife lie in substantially the same plane. A cutting head may include a plurality of facing knives and corresponding clamping members in addition to one or more chipping knives. The facing knives and corresponding clamping members are adapted so that each of the facing knives is removable from the cutting head without removing any other facing knives.

The pocket includes a pocket body defining opposing wheel and exterior faces, opposing planar leading and trailing edges, a tooth receiving slot, a counter sunk bore, and a threaded bore. The tooth receiving slot is linearly formed in the wheel face and extends between the planar leading edge and the planar trailing edge. The counter sunk bore extends between the exterior face and the wheel face and has an enlarged diameter adjacent to the exterior face. The threaded bore extends between the exterior face and the wheel face. In particular, the bores are located on either side of the tooth receiving slot and equidistant between the planar leading and trailing edges. In this regard, the pocket is symmetric with respect to a line bisecting the bores.

    摘要: A overhead power tool guide including a template that has short walls with long walls therebetween. The template has a pair of guide rails fixedly attached to an upper surface. Included is a tool guide that is formed from a pair of steel angle irons that are coupled together by a pair of bars at a first and a second end. Each angle iron has a lower member with a threaded bolt at the first end and the second end. The lower members of the tool guide support a hand-held power tool therebetween. Lastly, a plurality of guide cups are coupled to the upper surface of the template, and capable of supporting the tool guide. Each guide cup has an upper cup member with a threaded projection that is capable of screwing into the upper surface of the template. The upper cup member receives a head of the threaded bolt. Whereby, the plurality of guide cups support the tool guide in variable orientations with respect to the guide rails of the template, when the hand-held power tool is positioned between the tool guide.
