    摘要: A yaw bearing cleaning assembly for use with a wind turbine. The wind turbine includes a yaw bearing that is coupled between a nacelle and a tower for rotating the nacelle about a yaw axis. The yaw bearing cleaning assembly includes a support bracket that is coupled to the nacelle. At least one cleaning member is coupled to the support bracket. The at least one cleaning member extends from the support bracket and positioned adjacent an outer radial surface of the yaw bearing to facilitate removing debris from at least a portion of the yaw bearing when the nacelle is rotated about the yaw axis.

The actual wind direction is estimated by detecting the main wind direction with an anemoscope (wind direction detecting means), assuming the actual wind direction by assuming a wind direction offset value, which is a deviation between the main wind direction and the actual wind direction, which is a direction of wind which blows in actual use, at a predetermined wind speed with a wind direction assuming unit (wind direction assuming means), calculating an average generator output power for a predetermined period of time in the assumed actual wind direction with an average-generator-output-power calculation unit (average-generator-output-power calculation means), approximating the average generator output power with respect to the assumed wind direction offset value to a quadratic curve with an actual wind direction estimation unit (actual wind direction estimation means), and estimating the wind direction offset value at the time when the average generator output power is the maximum in the approximated quadratic curve to be an actual offset value.

The wind turbine includes a wind turbine body and a fin at the rear portion. The fin is configured to steer the wind turbine about a steering axis so that the front portion faces the airflow.

Preferably, the bearing is a friction bearing comprising an insert portion fixedly connected to the nacelle, and a clamp portion fixedly connected to the tower and in clamping engagement with the insert portion.

    摘要: A wind turbine and a method of controlling yawing of a wind turbine are provided. A nacelle is mounted rotatable around a first axis by an adjustable yaw angle and a hub is mounted rotatable around a rotational axis. The hub includes a blade rotating around the rotational axis, the blade defining a rotor plane perpendicular to the rotational axis. A channel of the wind turbine has an opening, the opening being located at a predefined distance to the rotor plane. At least one component of incoming wind is guided through the opening and into the channel as air flow. A measuring device is provided for measuring the air flow, the measuring device being connected to a controller. The controller detects a yaw angle error between a direction of the incoming wind and the rotational axis, the yaw angle error being used to adjust the yaw angle of the nacelle.
