摘要: A continuous fluid flow power generator includes an electrical generator with submersible turbine blades in communication with a flow of fluid in a body of water to generate electricity. The generator may include a water tower and a hydro turbine generator to generate electricity through kinetic actions; a float and piston assembly activated by wave action to deliver water to the water tower; kick turbines to create water flow to the water tower through submersible pumps; and a rechargeable battery in communication with the electrical generator and the hydro turbine generator. The generator may also include solar assemblies and windmills to provide supplemental electricity generation for charging the rechargeable battery. The generator may be connectable to a battery bank aboard a vessel or to an electrical grid.

摘要: Systems methods and apparatuses for conversion of kinetic energy, which may include: a sail element; a mast; piston device(s) each comprising a piston housing and a piston; movable element(s) connectable to an edge of each piston; and a transmission subsystem movably connectable to the mast and to the movable element(s). The moveable element(s) and piston(s) are movable along a slopped linear path. Clockwise and/or counterclockwise rotations of the mast, caused by wind, are translatable into linear movements of the moveable element(s) and the piston(s), in a first linear trajectory, where the weight of the moveable element(s) causes opposite linear movement of the moveable element(s) and piston(s) in a second opposite linear trajectory, which causes reciprocal movements of the piston(s) causing fluid pressure by emptying and filling of a fluid therefrom and thereto. The mechanical apparatus can connect to a power generation subsystem, configured for conversion of fluid pressure into electrical power.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for operating a converter on a three-phase electrical power supply grid, comprising the following steps: operating the converter in a first operating mode by means of a control unit for generating an output current, wherein the converter in the first operating mode operates in such a way as to apply a voltage to the electrical power supply grid; detecting a grid fault on the electrical power supply grid by means of a detection means during the first operating mode; limiting the output current of the converter by means of current limitation when a grid fault on the electrical power supply grid has been detected during the first operating mode, in particular in such a way that the output current of the converter falls below a predetermined maximum current or substantially corresponds thereto.

摘要: A power generation system includes a flotation assembly configured to float in water and a first harnessing assembly coupled to the flotation assembly and disposed in an airflow above the water. The first harnessing assembly is configured to harness the airflow to create a first rotational energy. The system also includes a second harnessing assembly coupled to the flotation assembly and disposed in the water. The second rotational assembly is configured to harness movement of the water to create a second rotational energy. The flotation assembly also includes a generating module to convert the first and second rotational energies into electrical energy.
