N1 turns of coils are disposed at the first charge balance winding layer, where N1 is greater than or equal to Nb1.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a power line communications device, and the power line communications device includes a USB interface, a protocol conversion module, a signal conversion module, a coupler, and a power line interface. A first end of the USB interface is connected to a first end of the protocol conversion module, a second end of the protocol conversion module is connected to a first end of the signal conversion module, a second end of the signal conversion module is connected to a first end of the coupler, and a second end of the coupler is connected to a first end of the power line interface. During implementation of the embodiments of the present invention, the USB interface may be used to provide a network signal for a terminal device.

A signal compensation method and device, where the method includes receiving a signal sequence suffering from intersymbol interference (ISI), setting a first filtering coefficient to perform filter compensation on the received signal sequence to obtain a first compensation signal sequence, setting a balance filtering coefficient to perform filter compensation on the first compensation signal sequence to obtain a balance compensation result, where the balance filtering coefficient is obtained by adjusting, according to a first compensation error, a balance filtering coefficient set last time, performing sequence estimation on the balance compensation result and outputting the balance compensation result, where the first compensation error adjusts the balance filtering coefficient set to perform filter compensation on the first compensation signal sequence in an iterative manner, thereby effectively compensating for the signal sequence suffering from the ISI, and improving performance of an optical fiber communications system.

Embodiments of the present application disclose a method for setting a gateway device identity, and a management gateway device. The method includes: acquiring a negotiation packet of a gateway device; acquiring a gateway device priority carried in the negotiation packet; and setting a member identity of the gateway device according to the gateway device priority. According to the method and the device, complexity of selecting an active virtual gateway device or an active virtual forwarding device among multiple gateway devices can be reduced, and the processing efficiency of a service mechanism of traffic load sharing of multiple gateway devices can be enhanced.

In an embodiment, a method for determining whether a person is present in an image includes receiving a plurality of images, wherein each image comprises a plurality of pixels and determining a modified center symmetric local binary pattern (MS-LBP) for the plurality of pixels for each image, wherein the MS-LBP is calculated on a gradient magnitude map without using an interpolation process, and wherein a value for each pixel is a gradient magnitude.
