Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify an overlap in time between at least a first occasion and a second occasion in a slot. In some cases, the first occasion may be semi-persistently scheduled for the UE according to a first configuration associated with a first priority level, and the second occasion may be semi-persistently scheduled for the UE according to a second configuration associated with a second priority level. The UE may apply, based on the identified overlap, a conflict resolution rule to the first occasion and the second occasion based on the first priority level for the first occasion and the second priority level for the second occasion, communicate in the slot using the first occasion, and refrain from communicating in the slot using the second occasion based on applying the conflict resolution rule.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which multiple operators may perform spectrum sharing using shared radio units (RUs), where the multiple different operators can access a same RU for communications with a user equipment (UE). A shared RU may receive requests for resources from two or more network nodes of two or more different network operators, for wireless resources in a first time period. The RU may determine a first resource allocation for the first time period based on different priorities of the different network operators. A first network operator may have a higher priority than a second or third network operator, and resources may be allocated to the first network operator ahead of the second or third network operators. The RU may transmit the first resource allocation to each of the different network nodes that transmitted requests for resources.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to automatic frequency coordination (AFC) for spectrum sharing among multiple network operating entities are provided. A first wireless communication device transmits, to a spectrum access coordination entity, a spectrum access request. The first wireless communication device receives, from the spectrum access coordination entity in response to the spectrum access request, a configuration including at least a medium access protocol parameter for performing a medium access procedure in a spectrum shared by a plurality of network operating entities.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A User equipment (UE) may identify a set of semi-persistent scheduled resources configured for uplink transmissions by the UE. The UE may receive, from a base station, a resource grid that indicates scheduled uplink communications for one or more other UEs. The UE may determine a set of uplink resources for the UE based on the set of semi-persistent scheduled resources and the resource grid. The UE may then transmit an uplink message to the base station via the set of uplink resources. In some cases, the UE may identify resources for the scheduled uplink communications based on the resource grid and determine a set of conditional resources available for the UE based on the resources for the scheduled uplink communications, where the set of uplink resources includes at least a portion of the set of conditional resources.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify a plurality of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configurations corresponding to a plurality of SPS occasions for reception of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) in a slot; decode a first SPS occasion, of the plurality of SPS occasions, to attempt to receive the PDSCH in the slot; and selectively decode a second SPS occasion, of the plurality of SPS occasions, to attempt to receive the PDSCH in the slot. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may receive, via a communication link between the first UE and a base station, radio resource control (RRC) signaling which configures a relay communication sidelink for communicating message traffic between the first UE and a second UE for relay to the base station. The first UE may receive a control message via layer one (L1) signaling or layer two (L2) signaling which activates the relay communication sidelink configured by the RRC signaling. The first UE may then communicate, via the relay communication sidelink, a message for relay to or from the base station by the first UE or the second UE based on the control message.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. User equipments (UEs) and base stations may communicate in low power modes. A base station may transmit, to a UE, a configuration of a first regulation operating mode for the UE. The first regulation operating mode may be associated with one or more of a first transmit power constraint, a first frequency hopping setting, or a first LBT setting. The base station may transmit downlink communications to the UE according to a second regulation operating mode, which may be different from the first regulation operating mode. the UE may then perform uplink transmissions to the base station according to the first regulation operating mode. In some cases, the UE may also receive signaling advertising the second regulation operating mode of the base station.
