Abstract: Systems, devices, and techniques are disclosed for translation of tenant identifiers. A record may be received. A value of a tenant identifier for the record may be determined from a key for the record or a scan descriptor. The value of the tenant identifier in the key for the record may be replaced with a new value for the tenant identifier. A bitmap stored in a record header of the record may be used to identify columns of the record that stored an encoded value of the tenant identifier. An encoded new value of the tenant identifier may be stored in columns identified by the bitmap stored in the record header that include an attribute indicating that tenant identifier translation is enabled.

Abstract: A data processing system analyzes a corpus of conversation data received at an interactive conversation service to train a response recommendation model. The response recommendation model generates response vectors based on custom responses and using the trained model and generates a context vector based on received input at the interactive conversation service. The context vector is compared to the set of response vectors to identify a set of recommended responses, which are recommended to an agent conversing with a user using the interactive conversation service.

Abstract: A data processing system analyzes a corpus of conversation data collected at an interactive conversation service to train an intent classification model. The intent classification model generates vectors based on the corpus of conversation data. A set of intents is selected and an intent seed input for each intent of the set of intents is input into the model to generate an intent vector corresponding to each intent. Vectors based on user inputs are generated and compared to the intent vectors to determine the intent.

Abstract: An application builder system includes an application builder server and a client side application builder application. The application builder server includes a plurality of node type managers that correspond to different node types that may be included in an instance of a page requested by a user device. The server generates rendering instructions for a requested page using the different node type managers and transmits the rendering instructions to the user device for display at the user device. A user may modify the components of the page, and the client side application builder application modifies the rendering instructions of nodes corresponding to the modified components. The modified rendering instructions may be saved at the application server by the node type managers.

Abstract: An application builder system includes an application builder server and a client-side application builder. The application builder server may receive, from a tenant user device, a request to store a data structure corresponding to a container component. The application builder server may identify one or more attributes of the data structure corresponding to a declarative use feature of the server. The application builder server may determine whether the data structure satisfies the declarative use feature of the server based on the attributes. The application builder server may expose the container component on the user interface based on the declarative use feature of the server. As such, a developer may upload a custom container component for use in an application builder application. Other users may download the custom container components and use the custom container component on the application builder application.
