摘要: A vehicular camera system includes an attaching structure configured to attach at an in-cabin side of a vehicle windshield. A camera module accommodates a circuit board having circuitry disposed at both sides of the circuit board. An imager is disposed at a first side of the circuit board. The camera module includes a lens accommodated in a lens barrel. With the attaching structure attached at the in-cabin side of the vehicle windshield, and with the camera module attached at the attaching structure, the lens barrel protrudes from the casing and a portion of the lens barrel is partially disposed in a pocket defined by the stray light shield and the vehicle windshield. A coaxial connector is electrically connected to circuitry disposed at the second side of the circuit board. Image data captured by the camera module is transferred to an electronic control unit of the vehicle via the coaxial connector.

The method includes: generating a surround view based on a video signal acquired from a plurality of cameras that capture the front, rear, left side, and right side of the vehicle; generating the guidelines based on a driving mode; and displaying the surround view and the guidelines on a display unit. The driving mode is classified according to a steering angle of each wheel of the vehicle, and the guidelines are displayed to extend from an image of the vehicle.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for a camera system, in particular a surround-view camera system, for a vehicle, which has a control device, multiple surround-view cameras, and a display apparatus. The method includes: generating an original image (step I), generating a simulated image of the original image, the simulated image simulating a coloration of the original image resulting from an ascertainable visual impairment, generating a differential image between the original image and the simulated image, determining edges in the differential image, generating a superimposed image by superimposing the original image and the edges of the differential image, and displaying the superimposed image using the display apparatus.

摘要: A vehicular trailer guidance system includes an electronic control unit (ECU), a rear backup camera and a trailer camera disposed at a rear portion of a trailer hitched to the vehicle. A display screen is disposed in the vehicle and viewable by a driver of the vehicle. With the trailer hitched to the vehicle, the display screen is operable to display video images derived from image data captured by the trailer camera. At least in part via processing at the ECU of image data captured by the trailer camera, an instruction that aids maneuvering the vehicle in reverse with the trailer hitched thereto during a reversing maneuver of the vehicle and trailer is generated. During the reversing maneuver of the vehicle and trailer, the display screen displays an alert when angling of the trailer relative to the vehicle approaches a jackknife condition.

摘要: A tilt detection device for a moving object includes the first acquisition portion that acquires first tilt information detected by a first tilt sensor disposed in a sensor package housing mounted in the moving object and a peripheral monitoring sensor. The second acquisition portion acquires second tilt information detected by a second tilt sensor disposed in a portion of the moving object other than the sensor package housing. The first difference identification portion identifies a first difference between a tilt of the moving object relative to a common reference state and a tilt of the sensor package housing relative to the common reference state based on the first tilt information and the second tilt information. The tilt detection portion determines that the sensor package housing is tilted from an initial position when the first difference does not fall within a first allowable range.

The projection zone includes at least one of a first virtual rectangle, a second virtual rectangle and/or a third virtual rectangle, defined with respect to a rear point of the carbody, a front point of the carbody and the contact points between the wheels and the ground surface.
