摘要: A tinsel wire is formed of a central fiber and at least one metallic lead wire combined with the central fiber. The central fiber is made of graphene. Therefore, the tinsel wire has advantages of high electric conductivity, great strength, and resistance against high temperature. In addition, the metallic lead wire of the tinsel wire avoids the drawback that the graphene is not easily soldered, thus guaranteeing the soldering effect of the tinsel wire.

摘要: A textile sleeve for routing and protecting elongate members and method of construction thereof is provided. The sleeve includes an elongate wall having opposite edges extending parallel to a central axis. The wall is woven with warp yarns extending parallel to the axis and hybrid fill yarns extending transversely to the warp yarns. The hybrid fill yarns are provided having a yarn filament core and non-metallic first and second yarn filaments overlying the yarn filament core. The first yarn filament is twisted about the yarn filament core in a first helical direction and the second multifilament yarn is twisted over the first yarn filament and about the yarn filament core in a second helical direction. The first helical direction and the second helical direction being opposite one another to provide a resultant zero torque on the yarn filament core.

摘要: An electrically tuned composite tube comprises a tubular arrangement of a knitted reinforcement layer. Selected knitted patterns provide desired density or spacing between fibers of the reinforcement layer. A mesh element is also incorporated in the tube construction to precisely control resistivity and conductivity performance characteristics by selecting the mesh element from one or more conductive or non-conductive fibers or wires. The mesh element may include a tubular arrangement of fiber or wire provided in a knitted pattern or a woven pattern. A matrix material is applied over the knitted reinforcement layer and mesh element, and is allowed to cure for a single matrix layer. Alternatively, a first tube can be constructed with only the knitted reinforcement layer and matrix material, and the mesh element is added afterwards with another layer of matrix material applied over the exterior surface of the first tube.

摘要: A conductive sheet for shielding electromagnetic waves of this invention has high flexibility in the same direction as a wire. The conductive sheet 10, therefore, is easy to bend along the shape of the wire. Additionally, since conductive sheet 10 preferably maintains its shape in a direction perpendicular to the wire, it is possible to make a conductive link, that is, to make an electrical contact easily, only by applying slight pressure to conductive sheet 10 to change its shape. Moreover, since the metals composing the warp and the weft of the conductive sheet keep the potential difference of the metals below a predetermined voltage at the contact point of both metals, contact corrosion as a practical problem at the predetermined point is eliminated.
