Provided is a spatial phase shifting interferometer using a multi wavelength. More particularly, provided is a spatial phase shifting interferometer using a multi wavelength capable of more rapidly measuring a precise shape of a measurement object by simultaneously oscillating laser having different wavelengths and passing oscillated laser through a beam splitter and a lens to analyze an interference fringe of the measurement object.

Disclosed is a lighting control apparatus. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a lighting system control be easily configured, maintained, and repaired since additional light and block control of the lighting can be provided with ease by wireless control of the lighting through wireless communication. In addition, the present invention can control individual lamps by storing a control signal corresponding to an address for each lamp in a gateway according to a predetermined scenario.

An organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The method for manufacturing the organic light emitting display device includes forming a switching element and a silicon nitride layer over a substrate, patterning and removing a portion of the silicon nitride layer formed on a light emitting region through which light is transmitted, forming an overcoat layer formed on the silicon nitride layer, wherein a portion of the overcoat layer corresponding to the light emitting region has a thickness of about 1.1 μm to about 2.1 μm, forming a first electrode electrically connected to the switching element over the light emitting region, and sequentially forming an organic light emitting layer and a second electrode on the first electrode.

In an apparatus for supplying a droplet on a substrate and a method of manufacturing a display apparatus, the apparatus includes a base body, a dropping unit and a vapor supplying unit. The base body corresponds to the substrate disposed on a stage. The dropping unit is disposed on the base body. The dropping unit includes a nozzle to drop the droplet on the substrate. The vapor supplying unit is disposed adjacent to the dropping unit to supply the droplet dropped onto the substrate with a volatile solvent vapor. Therefore, an evaporation rate of the droplet dropped onto pixels is adjusted to uniformize a thickness of the layer, thereby improving the image display quality.

Disclosed herein is a fractal antenna for a vehicle. First and second radiation elements are downwardly inclined from an apex ridge, and disposed opposite each other on the left and right sides inside a radome for protecting the antenna. First and second parasitic elements are formed in an inner space which is formed by the first and second radiation elements. Further, the first and second parasitic elements are disposed to be parallel to and spaced apart from the respective first and second radiation elements at regular intervals, are downwardly inclined from an apex ridge, and are disposed opposite each other on the left and right sides. The first and second radiation elements are respectively formed on part of the upper surface of a first substrate and part of the upper surface of a second substrate in patterns each having a predetermined shape.

In a method of manufacturing a light emitting element, a plurality of first electrodes arranged in a matrix shape is formed on a pixel area of a base substrate. A bank is formed between the first electrodes. A light emitting material is ejected on a portion of the first electrodes spaced apart from one another to form a plurality of first light emitting patterns. The light emitting material is erected on a portion of the first electrodes between the first light emitting patterns to form a plurality of second light emitting patterns. A second electrode is formed on the first and second light emitting patterns. Therefore, a luminance of the light emitting element is improved and uniformized.

Methods of fabricating semiconductor devices are provided. An NMOS transistor and a PMOS transistor are provided on a substrate. The NMOS transistor is positioned on an NMOS region of the substrate and the PMOS transistor is positioned on a PMOS region of the substrate. A first insulating layer is provided on the NMOS transistor. The first insulating layer has a first compressive stress. A second insulating layer is provided on the PMOS transistor. The second insulating layer has a second compressive stress and a stress relief ratio higher than a stress relief ratio of the first insulating layer. A thermal treatment process is performed on the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer such that the second compressive stress of the second insulating layer is lower than the first compressive stress of the first insulating layer. The surface energy lowering pattern is formed on the bank. The surface energy lowering pattern has a second surface energy that is lower than the first surface energy. The organic light emitting member is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode receives a second driving signal to display an image. Therefore, an image display quality of the display apparatus is improved.
